Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for fdn/ mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC Type B-1, M-25 design mix (20 mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC Type B-1, M-25 design mix (20 mm graded aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto, as above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&F Formwork flat fair finished to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified.

M&L Formwork square, rectangular or polygonal fair finished surfaces to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified.

M&L for Formwork to flat fair finished to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings , shelf and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), finished surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall with 1 mm wall care putty and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, except material retreived from item 1 deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 100 mm PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5 km n.exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for forming construction joints GRADE B Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound complete all as specfied and directed.

Material & labour for PCC in 1:3:6 type C1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel including necessary formwork.

Extra for forming fair finished drain 30 cm inner girth

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of poles/ stay/ cables etc and getting out in any type of soil.

Removing excavated material n exec 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exec 1.5 mtr above the starting level..

M&L for sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cable, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.( Punned thickness of 18 cm shall be considered for pavment as per para 19.75 of SSR Part - I)

M&L for brick protection for protection of cable over sand cushioning cables inside the trench by using common burnt clay building bricks sub-class "B" laid dry and flat and width wise along the axis of the trench complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
