All kinds of soil.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials. For STP chambers.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) using 40 mm broken stone for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and consolidating with rammer .For STP Modification and additional chamber

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller, for preparing the subsurface additional chambers, tank & pump room to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights for additional chambers, tank & pump room in STP : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

-do- Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

-do- Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M -25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement concrete as per approved design mix, manufatured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufatured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering , shutttering finishing and reinfocement , including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate /retard setting of concrete , improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in -charge.- Below plinth- Pile cap and plinth beam etc. (Note-cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per mix design is payable/recoverable),additional chambers, tank & pump room in STP. All works upto plinth level

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level-thermo mechanically treated bars, additional chambers, tank & pump room in STP.

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete, for soak pit & pump room in STP.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge for providing new chambers in STP

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge for providing new chambers in STP. Upto and including 12mm dia.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), for covering structure for pumps, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required for Pump room in STP. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. For pump room in STP. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. For pump room in STP.

12 mm cement plaster of mix (1 cement: 6 fine sand) - internal for pump room in STP.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content for pump room in STP. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre
