Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for boring for passing GI protection pipe up to 80 mm bore (dia) under road / footpath without disturbing the top surface complete all as specified and directed Note-Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall by arranged by the contractor and cost of the same included in quoted rates.

Taking down / out un-serviceable or serviceable LT UG Cables of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and / or fixing with walls / poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for re-laying old brick in trenches for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- Serviceable bricks obtained from item No 5.00 to 13.00 shall be reused under this items.

Taking down / out unserviceable 50/ 80 mm GI / HDPE/ polyethylene flexible pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches or fixing with walls / poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing of size 80 mm dia (light grade) with all fittings, laid in trenches / road crossing / fixed on wall / pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc. for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing of size 50 mm dia (light grade) with all fittings, laid in trenches / road crossing / fixed on wall / pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc. for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of LT feeder pillar box (size minimum 1.2 x 1 x 0.5 m and maximum 2 x 1.5 x 0.6 m) complete including dismantling of burnt-out cable connections, bus-bars, MCCBs etc and preperation of external surfaces and apllying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, refixing of bus-bars, serviceable MCCBs, all cable connection from busbar to terminals at both ends and replacement of epoxy cast busbar, insulators etc. including patch repair with electric welding for replacement of hinges, refixing of broken doors, replacement of locking arrangement with sliding bolts including PCC for reconstruction of foundation/coping etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : MCCB / Cable connector required for replacement & required PCC for reconstruction of foundation / coping shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fix in repair cable connector of length 0.5 m, made out of 25sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor single core PVC inner sheathed un-armoured cable including copper lugs, copper nut bolts etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) for kerbs, coping etc chamfered edges including form work including demolition of existing cement concrete (unreinforced) of any spaecififcation and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for disconnecting of APFC panel from all incomming / outgoing connection of any capacity, checking the serviceability of all components i.e. existing capacitors, contactors, MCB, MCCB, indicator lights, power factor controller, replacement of burnt out PVC insulated copper wire of existing size, copper thimble, MCB SPN 'C' Series (6-32Amp) 10KA, re-connect the same after throughly clean, and fixed the spare parts and testing complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by 40 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 30 x 30 x 5cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 15 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including taking down existing earthing set and including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip upto 7.5m length including testing shall be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised steel tubing of size 40 mm dia, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole for protection of earthing strip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of earth pit made out of cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and cover slab made out of precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 30 x 30 x 5cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh including dismantling of old existing earth pit complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for painting of earth pit chamber of any size by two coats of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning earth pit properly with iron wire brush and indicating board as per colour code complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing 16mm single core cable with copper conductor PVC round sheathed (flexible) industrial cable including taking down existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of HT/LT electric supply installation by spraying of weeds herbicide for kill unwanted vegetation around near and around electrical power house installation, pump house installation, four pole structure installation, 6 pole structure installation and main receiving substation by cutting grass, removing unwanted bushes removing unwanted debris and making good by filling fresh soil, levelling the area and removing unwanted debris from the premises at a distance above 50m from the site complete all as specfied and directed. Note:- Incase of any damages to any existing fixtures and accessories connected with the installation, contractor shall be responsible and repaired as per existing without any extra cost.

Material and labour for trimming/cutting of trees and branches of over head electric supply, water supply installation with shaw, cutter and ladder around/ near and overhead the electrical power house installation, pump house installation, four pole structure installation, 6 pole structure installation and main receiving substation by removing unwanted bushes/ trees/ branches removing unwanted debris and making good the site as a presentable manner complete all as specfied and directed. Note:- Incase of any damages to any existing fixtures and accessories connected with the installation, contractor shall be responsible and repaired as per existing without any extra cost.
