Designing, Construction, Supply, Installation, hydraulic testing, satisfactory trial run, testing & Commissioning of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation work for upgradation of Existing ASP based 50 MLD Salawas STP Phase 1 on MBBR technology on Turnkey basis which includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation modification in existing treatment units and buildings and addition of new units to achieve latest CPCB/NGT norms for treated effluent parameters. Scope of work includes Additional new units Pressure Sand filter, Ozonation unit etc.; Modification work in Existing units inlet channel, coarse and fine screen channel, grit chamber , primary settling tank, Aeration tank, Secondary settling tank, Return Activated sludge and Excess sludge sump and pump house, thickener & thickener feed pumps, Digester feed sump and pump house, Digester, Centrifuge feed sump and pump house, Centrifuge, Air blower room, piping work, Cylinder gilling mechanism, Automation including PLC-SCADA, replacement of all gates and valves for full automation of plant, Laboratory equipment, tools , spare parts, workshop items etc. and all other Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentation work required to complete the work as turn key job as per detailed specification mentioned in tender document.

Upgradation of STP of Capacity 50 MLD Average Flow Salawas Phase 1

Designing, Construction, Supply, Installation, hydraulic testing, satisfactory trial run, testing & Commissioning of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation work for upgradation of Existing ASP based 50 MLD Salawas STP Phase II on MBBR technology on Turnkey basis which includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation modification in existing treatment units and buildings and addition of new units to achieve latest CPCB/NGT norms for treated effluent parameters. Scope of work includes Additional new units Pressure Sand filter, Ozonation unit, ESR with water line , drain sump, Digester gas holder, Gas Scrubbing room etc.; Modification work in Existing units inlet channel, coarse and fine screen channel, grit chamber , primary settling tank, Aeration tank, Secondary settling tank, Return Activated sludge and Excess sludge sump and pump house, thickener, Centrifuge, Air blower room, piping work, Cylinder gilling mechanism, Automation including PLC-SCADA, replacement of all gates and valves for full automation of plant, Laboratory equipment, tools , spare parts, workshop items etc. and all other Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentation work required to complete the work as turn key job as per detailed specification mentioned in tender document.

Upgradation of STP of Capacity 50 MLD Average Flow Salawas Phase 2

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MNRE approved Grid tied Solar Panels with inverter, meter, cable etc. suitable for Rooftop installation as well as Utility Scale Solar Power Projects with 25 years of Linear Generation warranty. Work includes designing of solar panel area and MS frame and foundation on ground/roof of available spots, showing arrangement of panel in available space, installation of PV module on MS frame as per approved design and drawings. Mounting structure shall be suitably designed to withstand wind velocity up to 150km/hr. Grid Tie Transformer less inverters, Multiple independent MPPTs, Peak efficiency of >98%. Connect up to multiple strings PV arrays, Easy & fast connection, Built-in string-level monitoring, IP65 protection level, Wi-Fi / internet based remote monitoring with 5 years warranty. All cabling up to panel and metre, earthing etc. required accessories and taxes are inclusive. The work shall be executed as per detailed technical specifications, approved drawing and direction of Engineer in Charge. Note: There shall be 5 year service warranty for panel, inverter, meter, cable etc. and suitable provision shall be included. and execution as per directions of engineer-in-charge. Fix Provision for O&M of all facilities created under this contract including but not limited to Sewer Line System, SPS/MWP and STP, and sewerage network for Ten Years as per Tender Document (yearwise payment amount is given in tender document) for Jodhpur Town Bidder should fill amount Rs. 309942886.00 Bidder should fill this amount in case any other amount is filled then it will be consider as Rs. 309942886.00 only.

Provision of Provisional Sum to be used as per Tender Document (FIXED) for Jodhpur Town Bidder should fill amount Rs. 5000000.00 Bidder should fill this amount in case any other amount is filled then it will be consider as Rs. 5000000.00 only.
