M & L for complete removing and surface preparation of existing treatment by scrapping with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent in other approved make/Brand having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness1 mm, of Asian Paints or equivalent over Old prepared surface of Wall/Ceiling after scrapping to prepare the external surface even and smooth. Sanding of the putty surface withAsian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 or equivalent in other approved make/brand(having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour.(Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian PaintsTrucare Putty mixer(Trucare Putty mixier with min 1400 W power having mixer rod of industrial steel grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute).(Step 2) Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco Spray Machine(Model: EH230 DI) or equivalant in other approved make/Brand having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" (Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer to the old Prepared surface of wall/[email protected] ltr (undiluted)/10 sqmtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spraymachine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalent in other approved make having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for water based Premium 100% acrylic smooth applying two coats of exterior emulsion of approved colour to the Old Prepared surface of wall/ceiling with silicon additive, Nano Block Technology & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up Resistance, Anti Algal and Anti Fade of AsianPaints Ltd or its equivalent with low VOC less than 50 , Anti Algal properties in two coats@ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints TrucareGraco or equivalant in other approved make having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with 5 years performance warranty from Manufacture and instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of internal wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over one coat of 1mm thick wall putty using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint Ist Quality and all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:6) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
