M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm thick in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of black top surface by brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally with air compressors to remove all loose dust etc, having black top surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumin VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne roller and compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content 4% (Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight or total mix laying with mechanical paver and rolled compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 100mm width thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye's dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retrofeflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with including removal of old unserviceable cat eye complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick pre polished rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.
