DESLUDGING, CLEANING AND REPAIR TO SEWAGE

M&L for cleaning/function of existing sewage system and pumping station (comprising of sewage lines in SGSW pipes, hume pipe and CI pipes) of any dia at any depth, manholes septic tanks and soakage wells of different types sizes and in any position i.e below or above ground level, located in different situations and also on the surfaces of the wall etc complete in perfect function/running/flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system and including removing of all wastes solid or liquid of any description (Cleaning/removing blockage of water closets, urinals, wash basins, sinks, kitchen & bathroom floor/nahani traps and gully traps etc including cleaning of drain pipes of any discription & size up to 1st manholes (rates includes for removing off MH covers & placing the same in position after cleaning) by rodding/choke remover or by any other suitable means manually as in foul condition) from the location of works in the enitre area of from the location of works under AGE B/R-IV. Complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: (i) Employing daily One (01) Sweeper with One (01) Helper (Safai wala) report at 0900 Hours to the complain cell/Sub Division with necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strip, iron rods, buckets, rope, ladder,safety mask etc for the execution of this item and quoted rate shall also include this provision including conveyence of workers. (ii) A team of workers with T&P is required to look after the sewage complaints of the entire location as directed when the blockage occurs as direcetd by Engineer -In- Charge and completion report shall be submitted upto 5 PM. (iii) Contractor shall be entirely responsible for the accident/risk insurance policy of the each worker who are employing in sewage cleaning.

Sucking of sewage/human waste from the septic tank/sokage well/manholes with the help of sewage sunction machine mounted on veh and disposed away from the military cantt. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. ( Note : The deslugging will be carried out mechanicallly by honey sucker machine and each trip of veh carried out full capacity or minimum 3000 ltrs of sludge.)

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n exc 1.5 M wide and n exc 1.5 M deep for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated materials n exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 M above the starting point. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone agg in foundation and mass concrete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for 1:2:4 types B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg as in coping etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick work of any type built in cement mortor in foul condition etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' burnt bricks (old size bricks) straight on curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm internal dia of drain pipes (SGSW, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar laid in trenches incl all fittings & accessories.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joint laid in trenches or in floors etc complete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, concrete bed using 40mm graded stone agg to drain pipe including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe 100 mm dia ( internal) after they are laid in trenches Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting in to existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for as specified dia of pipe 150mm. complete all as specified. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan of Orrissa pattern of approved make of size 580 mm X 440mm X 260 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe incl lime concrete bedding and connection to antisyphonage pipe etc including making good to floor. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (Pedestal), white including flush pipe and plastic water closet seat, black closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromoium plated amluminim hinging device etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F in repair viterous china urinal, flat back of size 465x 355x 265 mm white (minimum) with grating and union for discharge pipe, complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2 securing urinal plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, including 32mm bore PVC waste pipe fixed. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-O (using 12.5 graded aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth with using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia, quality conforming to Grade 415 MPA cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking , bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for precast RCC manholes cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel in joist channel, angle(size 50x50 x 6 mm thick), or tee sections fixed independly, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary length) of Fe 410w (Gde E250) gde A supplied and fixed complete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
