Supply and errecting in true vertical position steel tubuler poles 11 meter long complete with M S base plate , MS pole cap, bolts nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-55 with and including painting of poles with black bitumenous paint throughout the length internally and outside upto planting depth and remaining portion 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete incl the following:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any type of soil, returining filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to distanece not exc 50 mtr from the starting point (b) PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation incl form work complete. (C) PCC ( 1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including all form work. complete (D) PCC (1: 4:8 ), type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base complete.

S&F HT disc type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator size 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type for two in series assembly with tension clamp for conductor for working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator size 150mm high and 150mm dia, for working pressure 11000 volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one nut complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing and testing Lightening arrester non linear registor type comforming to IS -3070 Part I complete line with all fittings Transmission class, discharge class-2 nominal discharge current 10KA & high discharge 100 KVA assembly suitable for 11 KV incl clamps, nuts, bolts & washers & connecting to earth with 4mm dia GI wire complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for MS cross arms bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 12 insulator switch Triple pole mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 200 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door type vertical mounted type complete with locking arrengement,assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolate suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity 10 Amp.complete with DO fuses assambly with one No. operating Rod of 25 mm dia bore grade GI pipe of suitable length worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two Nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD incl nut,bolt, washers including taking down existing set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 V screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with alluminium conductor 11 KV pressure earthed system conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985 laid in pipes /ducts/ trenches, under floor and roads or fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7 above but cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core

M&L for outdoor type cable end terminatrion kit, cold shirnkable jointing material and accessary complete suitable for 11 KV (eartehd ) grade, HT XLPE underground cable of size 95 sqmm, 3 core including testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for straight through cable shrink type joint, box type suitable for 11 KV (Earthed) grade, U/G XLPE screened PVC bedded GI Strip or wire armoured cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm, 3 core and conforming as per IS 13573 OF 1992, connected to electrical system with and including cable pieces of suitable size length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stringing and stretching (ACSR) conductor on HT/LT overhead line including binding on insulator with aluminium binding wire or aluminium trap of the following sizes compelete all as specified and directed :- (a) Weasel, 6/1x2.59mm aluminium and 1x2.59 steel. (b) Ferret, 6/1 x2.11 mm aluminium and 1 x2.11 mm steel.

M&L for stay assembly complete comprising of 7/3.15 galvanised stranded stay wire of required length fixed to pole with and including FI clamps 50 x 6 mm size bolt, nuts washers, GI steel stay rod 20 mm dia and 1800 mm long stay bow 400 x14mm, GI steel plate 300x300x6mm, two nos thimble loop insulator of size 90x140mm clearance hole 16mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a one coat of red oxide primer on exposed mild steel work as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR part - I (2009) including the following complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Excavation in post holes in any type of soil, returning filling & well ramming including disposal soil to distance not exc. 50 mtrs from starting point. (ii) PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregated as in foundation complete.

Supply and laying for 80 mm bore GI steel tubing "light grade" (IS-1239) with all fittings in trenches/under roads/along pole/wall for protection of Cable/GI wire/ GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separetely)

All as per item No 12 above but of size 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in in electrical plate No 03 of MES schedule 1991 Part I connected to main switch board /main DBs/ earthing test point Including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150 mm thick alround the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20 mm bore G I "light grade" . GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8mm dia @ 150C/C both ways and pit/ chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 25mm dia light grade up to 7.5m from complete all as specified ,indicated on electrical plate No 03 and as directed including testing on completion. NOTE: ( i ) Earth lead beyond 7.5 m from electrode to earth terminal GI pipe light grade 25mm/40mmdia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

All as per item No.. 13 above but GI earth strip 32x6mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts, washers of GI steel 40mm bore "light grade" 1.5 mtr long watering pipe with one socket and plug on top and 40mm bore GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth strip upto a length of 7.5 mtr incl PCC chamber RCC cover with lifting handle, layer of charcoal & salt including necessary excavation & earth work all as shown in EP No 03 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 14 but using copper plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick electrode and copper strip 20x3mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts, washers of GI steel 40mm bore "light grade" 1.5 mtr long watering pipe with one socket and plug on top and 40mm bore GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth strip upto a length of 7.5 mtr incl PCC chamber RCC cover with lifting handle, layer of charcoal & salt including necessary excavation & earth work all as shown in EP No 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for one coat of aluminium paint of approved quality incl preparation of existing old painted surface of steel tubular poles (HT/LT) complete including flat iron clamps, bracing , cross arms etc and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening/restringing existing loose/broken conductor ACSR/copper any type or size incl binding with suitable binding wire and jointing jumpers complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening and restringing existing loose/broken continuous GI wire 4 mm dia on existing HT over head lines including stringing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for dry, fine river sand, free from sharp material for cable cushioning in trenches complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Punning thickness shall be measured & paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type I flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm all as specified factory made ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing HT pole of any size/type from foundation with necessary earth work including dismantling of concrete MS clamps nuts, bolts, earth wire, overhead lines conductor, insulators, gaurding cradles and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle section of any type and size, duly bolted from existing position and keeping aside for repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable HT cable of any size from treanch/wall/pole etc including protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing stay assembly of any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old ACSR/copper conductor/GI earth wire any size from existing over head lines including disconnection complet all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any size/type from existing electric HT lines complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of trees/branches from HT/LT pole, clearing 2 meter horizontal from both side of conductor and 7.2 in vertical distance including shifting of cut trees from site complete all as specified and directed .

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitrous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT jumper from existing two/four pole structure of transformer etc includinng using winding of ACSR conductor (Weasel) 11 KV, including PG clamp nut, bolts, thimbles and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting of defective transformer (indoor/outdoor) type 11/433 KV copper wound from power mains and dismantling the same from 2/4 pole structure/plateform mounted substation at site and opening for removing of the unserviceable parts i.e. bushing, bushing rod, stud, lugs, nut & bolts as required and re-assembling after carrying out required repair and installation on existing 2/4 pole structure/plateform with neccessary arangements including connecting up electrically, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and specified in particular specification of the following capacity :- (a) 25 KVA to 500 KVA Note : Unserviceable worn out parts/items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only HT porcelain bushing complete with brass finned copper rod with nuts & bolts, gasket complete all as specified and directed for following capacity of transformer :- (a) 25 KVA to 160 KVA

All as per Item No. 33 above but capacity of transformer 250 KVA to 500 KVA

Supply only LT porcelain bushing complete with brass/tinned copper rod with nuts/bolts and gasket set complete all as specified and directed for following capacity of transformers :- (a) 25 KVA to 160 KVA

All as per Item No. 34 above but capacity of transformer 250 KVA to 500 KVA

M&L for painting of transformer of 25 KVA to 100 KVA capacity applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour by spray painting complete including prepration of old surfaces by removing dust, oil, grease etc complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No. 35 above but capacity of transformer above 100 KVA

Checking the condition of Silica gel and packing the same to bring it to required blueish colour and re-filling the new Silica gel into the breather complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement of unserveceable volt meter 11 KV (suitable for 110/240 volt AC supply) range 0-500 AMP, flush type 96x96 mm digital type with LCD display and LED inicator complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 37 above but Amp meter 11 KV (suitable for 110/240 volt AC supply), 0-200 Amp with CT set.

Supply and fixed LED indicator lamp 24 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration /filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer/OCB installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 45 to 60 KV during filling after initial filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling of transformer oil in transformer/OCB in situable at site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 40-60 KV during filling after initial filtration conforming to IS-335 complete all as specified and directed Make : Power/Insole/Universal (Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container)

Supply and fixing breather suitable for transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of M.S bars (round, square and flat including nut, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT cable/route indicator cast iron of suitable size along HT cable trench including planting in ground with PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stringing and stretching Galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia for guard wire of HT/LT over head line including binding on insulator with aluminium binding wire or aluminium trap compelete all as specified and directed.

M&L for calibration (all connections and Mechanism) cleaning servicing overhauling testing complete of 11KV OCB/VCB as mentioned below:- a). Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 11 KV 3 core cables from the electric system and calibrating the CTs of each VCB/OCB with the help of primary injection kit and testing it for proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-charge and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT cables complete in panels. b). Taking out overcurrent relay 02 Nos and Earth fault relay 01 No and calibration of relays with the help of secondary injection kit and proper setting of relays and refixing back in existing positions testing of proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-charge c). Inspecting, servicing and checking all connections of control winding, proper availability of supply AC/DC, incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them, cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting complete testing it making OCB/VCB set trouble free service in full satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and inclusive of one primer coat with red oxide one under coat , one finshing coat with aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed d). All the instruments, primary and secondary injection kit and T&P required for the above job shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply & Fix in repair indicating lamp LED type as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair electronic PF meter digital type as per existing size and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair PT Fuse as per existing size and capacity complete all as specified and directed.
