Construction of Storm Water Drain along plot no. 43, 46, Utility-1, 198 and Parking - 4 at Sarathi Kurubarahalli Industrial Area 2nd Stage, Harihara Taluk, Davanagere District.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its/his name should have in the last five years period (2020-21 to 2024-25). Satisfactory completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as a prime contractor, at least One Similar Work such as Construction of Storm Water Drain of value not less than Rs.64.00 lakhs

Executed in any one financial year, the following minimum quantities of work: (Certificates of proof shall be enclosed from competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer in Government/Public Sectors/ Government Undertaking Organizations) (1) Earthwork Excavation/ Subgrade & Earthen Shoulders: 4332 Cum, (2) Granular Sub Base: 146 Cum, (3) PCC/RCC: 780 Cum, (4) TMT Steel Reinforcement: 50 Tonne

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity: (AxNx1.5 - B), where, A: Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N: Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited, B: Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 06 Months.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its/his name should have in the last five years period (2020-21 to 2024-25). Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.256.00 Lakhs. (Civil Contract Works Only) (Not less than 2 times the amount put to tender)

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.38.40 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from Public sector banks/Nationalized Banks (as per RBI guidelines) not less than 30% of the amount put to tender for meeting the fund requirement etc).

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years
