Repair & restoration of damaged portion of weir and intake channel at trout fish farm Hamni Distt. Kullu (H.P.)

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all depth, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead .including river training works and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etcincluding river training works and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 OPC cement 53 Grade : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including river training works and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 OPC cement 53 Grade : one point five coarse sand) : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size including river training works, dewatering and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 OPC cement 53 Grade : one point five coarse sand) : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size including river training works, dewatering and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars including anchoring with jeck hammber by compressor dewatering,river training works and carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses graiting, ladder and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Two set of fixed wheel gate, suitable for a clear vent opening of size [1.0 m (w) x 1.8 m (d)], designed with water head upto HFL level in the khad, consisting of skin plate, main horizontal girders, vertical stiffeners, end vertical girders, wheel assemblies with bearings, wheel axles / pins etc., rubber seals for sides, and bottom of gates, seal clamp plates, seal fixing bolts with nuts and washers, side guide arrangement, lifting attachment, ballast (if required) etc., complete in all respects, alongwith its embedded parts and hoist supporting structures to support the hoists and hoisting arrangement by welded steel structure plateform including two coat priming and painting to manually operated screw hoists of adequate capacity with all mechanical and components such as drive units, brake, worm gear, hand operation arrangements, screw with supports, gate position indicator, and other appurtenances,from road level height complete in all respects.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer - in charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm four millimetre dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (one hundred into one hundred millimetre) (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) pecent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 (forty ) kg each as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Temporary diversion of Khad / Construction of Coffer Dam for temporary diversion of Khad flows including carriage of required material upto site of work with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.
