DRY-DOCKING REPAIR WORKS OF WB CHEMBAKAM AT YARD IN KOCHI DURING THE YEAR 2026-27.

Charges for Docking / un - docking or beaching / un -beaching of the vessel

Dock hire charges (No extra dock hire charges will be entertained)

Mooring Charges for before and after dry-dock as well as during afloat repair works

Charges for ultrasonic testing (UT Gauging) with the Authorized agency at underwater hull area and above water plates, onboard deck of the vessel properly. The copy of UT Gauge report shall be submitted to the office after completion of UT testing for the vessel immediately.

Chipping, scrapping, wire brushing, buffing, shot blasting etc of external hull plate from keel to water level of the vessel properly (initially clean with fresh water with jet). Painting of the area with 2 coat of marine epoxy, 2 coat of chlorinated rubber antifouling paint including labour and material Cost.

Surface preparation of entire deck (from water level to deck surface) and super structure including out fittings by chipping, scrapping, wire brushing, buffing, shot blasting etc properly such as onboard deck, anchor winch, anchor cables (after dismantling), air vent pipes, hand pumps, bollards, wheel house, top of galley, railings, hatches, wheel house doors, stern gear compartment inside (rear side of vessel) & other fittings etc including labour and material Cost

Painting of entire deck (from water level to deck surface) and super structure including out fittings such as onboard deck, anchor winch, air vent pipes, hand pumps, bollards, wheel house, top of galley, railings, hatches, wheel house doors, engine room inside (total sides, top & ladder etc), stern gear compartment inside (rear side of vessel), Anchor winches & other fittings etc with one coat of epoxy primer and 2 coats of epoxy marine quality enamel of existing colour properly. The exhaust pipe cladding shall be renewed with new one properly (both engines) including labour and material Cost.

Renewal of under and above water level hull and onboard deck steel plates (IS2062) of 5 / 6 mm thick of ship building quality after cropping and removal of the damaged plates by gas cutting without any damages to other fittings & also sections of underwater portion pipe to assed (to be done after getting ultrasonic test report and recommendation of Surveyor, Port Dept, Govt of Kerala) and also Re fabrication damaged anchor plate as per marine standard including labour and material cost

Dismantling of propellers Port & STBD sides (Make: Madras Marine industries, Dia:700 mm, Pitch:630 mm, P/D:0.9, No of blades:04, Type: Fixed pitch, no: 02), propeller shafts, checking the trueness of the shaft (Make: Madras Marine Industries, Dia:72 mm, Material: Stain less steel, no: 02), propellers, re-metalling, NDT testing,renewal of cut lash bushes etc. and re-fitting of the same along with propellers after balancing properly including labour charges.

Cost of Spare parts will be reimbursed on (Actual+10%) basis
