Excavation in foundation soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts) and lead upto 30 Mtr (100fts) & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tremches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of suplus earth as directed Engineer in charge up to distance of 30m (100fts) from the foundation trenches. as per .DAR 2.8.1

12mm thick plaster with cement & C sand of 1.25F.M. mortar in 1:4 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. DAR 13.4.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing and laying of interlocking tiles of thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 of MORD specification.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 4:2:1 of not lesss than strenght of M 150 stone ballast (20 mm. Nominal size) 2 approved coarse sand: I cement including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. requires for proper completion of the work and curing complete including cost of from work in foundation and floors. as Per S.I. No. DAR 4.1.3

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand & 3cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in propotion 1:1.5:3 in slab excluding supply of rainforcement & its bending the same with 24 B WG binding wire & nescessary centering & shuttring ete, & also including supply of all materials, labour & tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work strength of the concrete shal not be less then M-150 S.I. No. DAR 5.2.2
