Supply Installation testing of earth electrode pipe in the strip terminal type chemical earthing proper hot deep galvanized dia 50mm length 3meter down conductor size 32x6 terminal connection hole dia 8mm the cavity between the strip and pipes is failled with conductive mixture for hermtical filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductors. conductor and primety conductor ,crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly it is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys,copper & aluminum powder,conductive carbon/ cement and bonding material etched electrode should be sealed from both the ends the outer pipe of the electrode should be zine coated the charcter sties of the compound is highly conductive ,non magnetic and non corrosive in the GI supply of PGS back fill compound each electrode should be supplied with bags of 25Kgs eachx2 BFC compound ground resistance enhancement power 50 Kgs. Each PRI tested.
