S & F in repairs steel chromium plated round grating 100mm dia, fixed in position in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite (of any type)as on kitchen plateform tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cemen twith admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT bars, 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; and thickness not exceeding 200 mm (horizontal or sloping) for flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in aluminium powder coated 20 mm dia curtain rods with cromium plated brackets including making good disturbed surfaces including taking down of old curtain rods complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old treated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing old treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surrounding wall tiles over 10mm rendering surface with CM 1:4 such as skirting/dados etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), polished, light coloured, area of each tile not exc. 0.36 sqm, in on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc over, 10mm rendering surface with CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, 10 ltrs capacity, low level, white or black , with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sinks made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 485mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 3330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specification & drawings specified in SSR Part-II 2010 complete all as specified and directed.
