Amount
% age of revenue on actual Turnover offered as revenue to the Government subject to minimum of 2%, in addition to fixed revenue of Rs. 30 Crores.
Note : 1) All statutory taxes (central or state), levies, Lottery Charges (Draw charges), duties including GST under the GST Act. 2017 etc. that may be payable for marketing and sale of lottery tickets shall be borne and paid by the Distributor. 2) Besides fixed margin, the Distributor has to pay the Government the prize amount required by the Director, Punjab State Lotteries to pay prizes for which Income Tax has to be deducted at source as provided in The Income Tax Act if any and unclaimed prizes amount as decided by the Counting Committee if any.
