ROUTINE, PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINT OF SEWAGE SYSTEM AND CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK, SEWAGE LING ETC AT MARRIED AND OTM ACCN AT BARRACKPORE CANTT UNDER GE BARRACKPORE

Systematically cleaning and de-silting/de-sludging of blocked sewage pipe line of dia 100 to 200mm by rodding with using steel rod or split bamboo sticks thoroughly from both sides between adjacent manholes still to get clear flow of sewage line is observed, passing knots, kamti and disc of required size or pumping out liquid waste /sewage, plugging and diverting the flow to the drain if necessary and stacking the removed silt/sludge and depositing in excavated pits (required size and depth) not exceeding 50m. Top layers of excavation pit covered by layers of 150mm thick earth spreading with bleaching powder @ 200 gm per Sqm for disinfections purpose complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of chocked / blocked WC, bath & kitchen trap etc upto IC / gully trap of any size including bailing out water/sewage manually and removing the deposited residual sludge/debris and depositing in excavated pits (required size and depth) exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m. Top layers of excavation pit covered by layers of 150mm thick earth spreading with bleaching powder @ 200 gm per Sqm for disinfections purpose complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of manholes of any size and depth 0.60m to 2.00m including de-sludging watering by mechanical pump solid, semi solid, flushing with water removing all sludge etc to a distance exc 50 m and buried in a shallow pit with a covering of soft/loose soil of minimum 30 cm thick layer and sprinkling bleaching powder @ 01 kg per square metre for precaution of health hazard to the surrounding complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The unit quoted rate under this item shall deemed to be inclusive of bleaching powder, necessary earth work for earth pit for deposition of sludge etc

Cleaning of accumulated solid /semi solid liquid sludge from septic tank any size by mechanical pump with sewage collecting tank and collecting the sludge so removed in a container with mechanical transport for shifting to a distance exc 50 m distance and depositing in a shallow pit with a covering of loose/soft with of minimum 30 cm thick layer at an inhabitable location in the cantt areas as directed by Engr-in-Charge and sprinkling bleaching powder @ 01 kg per square metre for precaution of health hazard to the surrounding complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The unit quoted rate under this item shall deemed to be inclusive of bleaching powder, necessary earth work for earth pit for deposition of sludge etc)

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 ( Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling, and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling, and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

M & L for precast RCC cover slab, 1:1.5:3 type A-1,(Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in drain/manhole cover slab etc., and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.
