Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing valley 60cm (sixty centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted GI limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.37mm (zero point three seven millimetre) thick prepainted linning steel sheet in ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid seprately) complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetra as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 6mm (six millimetre) thick plain multipurpose cement bonded wood particle board (High pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etcetera (frame work to be paid seperately) complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles 600x600mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) in size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in floors, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm (six millimetre) thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately) complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles having size 450mmx200mm x 8mm (four hundred fifty millimetre into two hundred millimetre into eight millimetre) in grey/coloured of required shade in skirting risers of steps and dados on 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
