CONTRACT FOR OPERATING OF RENT-A-BIKE SERVICE AT HONNAVAR RAILWAY STATION IN KARWAR REGION OF KONKAN RAILWAY.

FINANCIAL STANDING: The tenderers will be qualified only if they have minimum financial capabilities as below: - 1.Turnover: The bidder should have minimum average annual turnover of 150% of advertised tender value. Bidder should submit Audited Profit & Loss account and Balance sheet and concerned IT returns certified by Chartered Accountant for the last 3 financial years immediately preceding the current financial year i.e. FY 2025-26. Non submission of IT returns and Audited profit and Loss account and balance sheet for the last three financial yeas will result in summarily rejection of his/her bid 2.Bank Solvency Certificate: Applicant has to submit their financial standing in terms of the Bank solvency Certificate not older than six months. (original/copy) from Nationalized/schedule Bank an amount equal to three times of Reserve Price (If technically qualified & copy of the Bank solvency Certificate is attached with tender form original of the same should be submitted to qualifying for opening of finance bid). Non submission of a copy of Bank Solvency by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. IV.Document to be attached along with the tender 1.Copy of documentary proof of License for operating bike rental service in Karnataka as per 2.Copy of Address proof. 3.Copy of photo identity card.In case of company or registered firm, copy of photo identity card of authorized signatory should be submitted. 4.Copy of PAN Card, Aadhaar Card and GST registration details.

. TECHNICAL ELIGIBILITY: 1.The applicant should be an adult individual, registered firm or companies and shall have valid License for operation of bike rental service in the state of Karnataka. Upon allotment of space at the Honnavar Railway Station, necessary permissions and license endorsement required for operating the Rent-a-Bike service from Honnavar Railway Station premises and comply with all statutory requirements of Honnavar RTO to submitted within six months from date of allotment of contract. Non submission of copy of valid License certificate for operation of bike rental service in the state of Karnataka by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/her bid. 2.Copies of PAN and Aadhaar cards should be submitted. 3.The applicant should not have been blacklisted by government from participating in tender for government contracts. 4.Experience: Submit brief description of Rent a bike business owned by an adult individual, registered firm or companies along with no. of years in the same business and details of number of Vehicle owned for Rent-a-bike business as mentioned in Annexure-V. Non submission of experience in operating similar business by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/her bid. 5.The tenderers shall submit a notarized affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper stating that they are not liable to be disqualified, and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual Annexure-III. Non submission of Annexure - III by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/her bid. 6.The tenderer shall submit along with the tender document, documents in support of his/her/their claim to fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the tender document. Each page of the copy of documents/certificates in support of credentials, submitted by the tenderer, shall be self-attested/digitally signed by the tenderer or authorized representative of the tendering firm. Self- attestation shall include signature, stamp and date (on each page). Only those documents which are declared explicitly by the tenderer as 'documents supporting the claim of qualifying the laid down eligibility criteria', will be considered for evaluating his/her/their tender. 7.The offers of tenderers who qualify ALL the above criteria as per above clause shall be examined for evaluation of their technical suitability. Tenderers who fail to meet the above criteria shall not be considered for further evaluation and their bids shall be rejected. 8.Earnest money deposit: Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) on line payment. Non submission of EMD by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. 9.The bidder qualifies in technical eligibility criteria only will be considered for opening of Financial Bid.

Date of actual Start, Actual Completion and Final value of Contract shall also be given.

Please furnish list of personal, organization available on hand and proposed to be engaged for the subject work.
