Selection of an Agency for providing Comprehensive AMC for IT Infrastructure at Treasuries

Submission of Covering letter as required in the given format (Refer Appendix-1)

Furnishing of the Power of Attorney Power of Attorney executed by the Bidder in favour of the Principal Officer or duly Authorized Representative, certifying him as an authorized signatory for the purpose of this Tender.

The bidder should be a company registered under the Companies Act Certificate of Incorporation and Commencement of Services or Partnership deed or proprietorship deed should be submitted

Bidder should hold Valid GST certificate and Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by income tax department.Copy of valid GST certificate and Permanent Account Number (PAN) issues by income tax department should be provided (Refer Appendix-4).

The bidder should have an annual turnover of at least Rs 1 Crore from the sale and services of IT Hardwares in the last three accounting years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25Certified copy from Charted Accountant shall be provided as per the format given in Appendix-2

The bidder should have deployed Technical manpower for executing AMC of IT Infrastructure services for atleast one project covering atleast 10 districts of the State of Karnataka, in last 3 years Copies of relevant Work Orders/ Purchase Order

The bidder shall be authorized service dealer / certified partner of the OEMs Authorization Letters / Certificate from the OEM (Acer/ Dell/HP).

The bidder should have an office in Bengaluru, Karnataka Undertaking from the Company Secretary or the Authorized Signatory as per Appendix-3
