hospital authorities for understanding operational

be Air Conditioned as per Hospital norms, capacity of

Indoor/Outdoor units, electrical requirements etc.

layout including piping/equipment and

foundation/support, details for outdoor units,

hanging/support arrangement for indoor

units/piping. 4.Autocad/PDF drawing for power

distribution, single line diagram, control wiring

including cable sizing, earthing, panels. 5.Bill of

Quantities(BoQ) with Specifications. 6.Preparation

and submission of detailed estimate for the work

7.Preparation of documents i.e. Scope of work,

eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BoQ,

special/general conditions, warranty clauses, penalty

clauses, safety requirement and other necessary

details for selection of bidder for Design, Supply,

Erection, Testing and Commissioning of VRF based

HVAC system for LLR Hospital at RCF. B. Payment

Conditions: 100% on completion of scope of work

and acceptance by RCF. C. Other conditions:

1.Before preparation of design, consultant is advised

to visit the Rail Coach Factory/Kapurthala to see the

actual site condition of work and discuss the case

with Dy. CEE/PS/RCF. 2. Consultant will submit the

hard/soft copy of drawings including 2D/3D Plans

and its CD/Pen Drive in AutoCAD after approval from

competent railway authority. 3. The consultant has

prepare design & drawings as per approval of

competent railway authority of Electrical Engg. and

Civil Engg. departments of Rail Coach

Factory/Kapurthala. The consultant has to modify the

design & drawings as per approval of competent

railway authority. Nothing extra will be paid for

modification of design & drawings. 4. Detailed

design & drawings for structural modification

required for fitment of items, will be submitted after

proof checking by recognized govt institutions like

any of it IITs/NITs or any other institution as per

direction of railway competent authority, if required.

5. The consultant has to prepare all drawings as per

approved design and submit 04 sets of drawing

prints in A1/A2 format after approval of design from

competent authority. 6. If any modification

suggested/required by railway, the consultant will

submit the drawings and BOQ according to modified
