REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANKS, PITS AND COVER SLAB/ MANHOLES COVERS AT DAMTAL, KANDRORI, NANGAL BHUR AND KAUNTERPUR AREA UNDER GE SOUTH PATHANKOT

S&F of 150 mm dia RCC NP3 pipe laid and jointed complete including providing 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone agg as in bed for pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested including Taking down old damaged SGSW/UPVC/RCC pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation as per requirement of old fitted in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 200 mm dia RCC NP3 pipe laid and jointed complete including providing 150 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone agg as in bed for pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested including Taking down old damaged SGSW/UPVC/RCC pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation as per requirement of old fitted in trenches complete all as specified and directed .

S&F of UPVC underground drawings pipe (UDS) type 'B' 200mm dia with wall thickness 4mm (min) and pressured 4 KN /Mtr Sq jointed in cement solvent complete including providing 150 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone agg as in bed for 200mm bore pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested including Taking down old damaged SGSW pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation of old fitted in trenches complete all as specified and directed .

All as per serial item No. 03 here-in-before but 160 mm dia complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and making good of broken manhole.

M&L to attend and rectify sewage complaint on daily routine basis as per complaint lodged by user at complaint cell of AGE B/R Sub division by deploying manpower by Cleaning/clearing blockage of bathroom/kitchen/WC Indian/WC European by cleaning the Nahani trap/gully trap/floor trap/Intercepting trap/P or S trap/multi floor trap etc of any description and in any position below or above ground level at different locations ,flushing down with adequate water, removing & taking out of all materials such as sludge/ soil waste/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid /semi solid/solid or any others items etc to make the entire system functional complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The quoted rates shall be included for opening of access & closing properly. (ii) Contractor/supervisor take complaint from JE concerned all day and ensure to resolve all complaint within same day. In case of non attending complaints in same day, recovery @250 per complaint will be recovered from the contractor.

Cleaning and de-silting of manholes depth not exceeding 1.50 meter by pumping out/removing liquid waste/sewage/sludge and plugging the ends sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge, solids, semi solids etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt, sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpaulin to outside of MOD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing sewage line & manholes with adequate water as to make sewage line fully functional including reinstating the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 7 here-in-above but depth exc 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and de-silting of sewage lines of any dia bore at any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste/sewage ,plugging the ends pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge either manually or mechanical means using truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure or as required on ground , including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt, sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpaulin to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing sewage line & manholes with adequate water as to make sewage line fully functional including reinstating the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Length of sewage lines including chambers, traps etc will be measured for payment. However cleaning of manholes shall be measured separately under appropriate item.)

Cleaning of septic tanks/soakage well of any size, capacity & depth by Mechanically using sewage tankers/ Truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure machine with flushing the sewage line with heavy duty sewage pumps sewage suction pump, by desludging, dewatering, taking out of all materials such as sludge/ soil waste/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid /semi solid/solid or any unwanted items etc, including flushing with adequate water to make the fully functional, re-fixing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material outside the periphery of defence land. Note :- The measurement for the quantity of sludge removed will be arrived by multiplying the inner dimensions of septic tank to actual depth of sludge deposited by dipping the measuring rod. The depth shall be of that wet surface sludge on measuring rod for payment purpose. Note for serial item No. 09 & 10 : Contractor/supervisor take complaint from JE concerned all day and ensure to resolve all complaint within same day. Incase of non attending complaints sufficient time as decided by Engr-in-Charge but not more than 3 day ,recovery @ 1000 per day will be recovered from contractor.
