Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, brickwork with using retrieved subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition vide srl item No 1.00 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, as in coping including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in bed blocks, bed plates, kerbs etc including necessary form work and including demolition and removal of rubbish outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces other than fair faces of brickwork , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to brick wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken glass coping on top of brick wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed pre-polished precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick , complete all as specified and directed. Note : The manufacturer's test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority .

Dismantling and re-fixing Machine pressed pre-polished precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick in same position for levelling the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed pre-polished precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The manufacturer's test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority.

Dismantling and re-fixing Machine pressed pre-polished precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick in same position for levelling the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement pre-polished concrete colour tiles of size 400x400x25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation of shafts, man holes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil after construction work in foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old posts or struts embedded in concrete block of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturb ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. including dismantling old barbed wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs.71600.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
