Replacement of Damaged Oxygen Ports with New Oxygen Ports in Different Wards of Associated Hospital, GMC Baramulla.

Replacement of damaged oxygen outlet ports /inlet ports. The oxygen outlet ports should have double locking arrangement with respective adaptors for oxygen which shall be of HTM 0201 BS standard, manufactured with a 165 mm length copper inlet pipe and a stub which is silver brazed to the outlet body. Body shall be of one piece brass construction. For positive pressure gas services, the outlet shall be equipped with a primary and secondary check valve. The secondary check valve shall have break safe mechanism and also comply to EN 737 pressure test standards rated at minimum 200 psi if the primary check valve is removed for maintenance. The outlet assembly should have separate colour coding for each service and will accept only corresponding gas specific adaptors. All outlets shall be cleaned and degreased for medical gas service, factory assembled, tested and to be fitted inside existing pendants and bed head panels as a replacement against damaged ones. The Job includes all allied works required for successful testing of the replaced oxygen ports.
