M&L for Plain Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete sub bases/pavings Type D-2 (1:4:8) (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floorings/pavement spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick complete including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

M&L of Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block colour glessy finished rubber pressed any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with Grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position complete all as specified and directed

M&L brick work using kiln burnt sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Ditto all as above but except Brick.

Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work/concrete surfaces of wall with water proofing admixture finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any position not otherwise specifically provided for and including reinforcement required to facilitate demolition upto and including fourth story and on the roof top/mumty/parapet and removal of debris and rubbish out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kitchen slab, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4) in road side kerb stones of any shape & size and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed

M&L for glossy Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20-25 mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm Broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes of 75 MM dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid joint free heavy duty vitrified heavy duty paver colour tiles 10 mm thick size n exc 36 in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick scrred bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

S&F for MS Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, grill, grating etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (Fe-410 E) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Granite (of any type and colour), 20mm thick machine cut, set, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete including screed bed in cement plaster 20 mm thick 1:4, as in kitchen platform, jamb/grill of window, ventilator, border, flooring and simillar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
