Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT Panel 2mm thick indoor type wall mounted, of size 1350X900X250mm suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolyted Aluminium bus bars TPN of capacity 200 Amps rating insulated on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber, front opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens gray RAL-7035 shade. OUTGOING SUPPLY:- i) MCB SPN 40 Amps 230 Volts, 50Hz, ruptiring capacity 10 KA = 07 Nos, Make of MCB-L&T/Siemeris/Legrend/Schnelder. ii) Space required for 06 Nos Electric Energy meter single Phase, AC 240V, 10-60 Amps iii) DMC Connector 2 way 100 A for outgoing submain supply-7 Nos Panel wiring for control circuit with copper flexible 1.5 Sqmm & power wiring minimum 4 Sqmm flexible . Notes:- 1. The panel manufacturer should have following certification:- i) CPRI certificate Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC: 60529 tests) ii) CPRI certificate short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 Sec with initial peak of 105 KA. iii) CPRI certificate rated current not less than 5000A. 2. MCCB should be capable for on line setting of the current. 3. Drawing of panel board/meter box should be got approved from GE (MES) Clement Town, Dehradun before fabrication. 4. Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4b of IEC 61439-1-2.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt,thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM and charcoal, dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade Gi pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
