Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade cleaning & preparing the surface good for painting, cleaning the painting spots after painting, removal and placing of all the items in existing position and as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials, labours,safety belt, scaffolding /Boosam chair/ Jhoola,ropes, tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete.Two or more coats on old work -Outerside surface of LH Tower.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 01mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface,removing old paint,cleaning even and smooth complete.as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials, labours,safety belt, scaffolding,tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete. where ever necessary.

Repairs to patch plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineerin-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) old Wall surface

For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat. including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants , scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick shutters for Window etc-Glazed shutters : Second class teak wood including ISI marked anodized aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws, as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials, labours,safety belt, scaffolding, tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete.

Dismantling carefully the existing broken glass panes 4mm thick of window shutters and replacing the same with 4mm thick ( Modi / saint Gobin) new glass panes horizontal/tinted fixed with teak wooden beedings 15 mm x 15mm, nails, at all heights, as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials,labours, tools& plants, scaffolding and all other charges etc., complete.

Hire chrges for mechanised boat of 10MT Capacity with small boat for transportation of material,labur and department officials for supervison purpose,Boat approved from GMB department, including crew member, Safety Guard, Disel for to & fro all other charges from Bedi port to Pirtotan Per day In The High Tide By Boat including transportation of material from bedi port to pirotan island Lighthouse.(The boat has to be made available as per Tidal condition and in The Favurable reach the site) Time period of work is 01 months.

Supply of potable water for Civil work and drinking purpose including cost of matrials,Transporation by Boat from Bedi Port to Pirotan (island) sea shore . Filling the water in barrer, loading in boat at salaya port ,Unloading at Pirotan (island), including all other charges.as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials, labours,safety belt, scaffolding, tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete.as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials, labours,safety belt, tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete.
