Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying pipes etc including forming bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 75 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR-13.5 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings, including jointed with yellow solvents cement laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here in before, but 25 mm dia of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 80 mm bore CPVC ball valves suitable for CPVC pipe with necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing road/hardstand/concrete blocks/slabs/brick work or stone masonry of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 30 cm for laying GI/CPVC pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers cold mix bitumen over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 5000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, for cross arms, bracing, supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint(Blue colour) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install and testing three phase horizontal monoblock pump (pressurisation pump) having capacity 5 HP, 65mm suction and 50mm delivery fitted with CI impeller, mechanical sealed and SS shaft suitable for 15 to 20 metres head and 4.1 LPS discharge respectively complete, with accessories such as base plate coupling, coupling guard, pressure pads, foundation bolts & nuts, etc complete inclusive of three phase DOL motor starter, pressure gauge, PCC foundation with necessary fittings, cabling from panel to starter and starter to motor, wiring conduit complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for reprograming of existing fire alarm system installed at INHS Sanjivani including loope checking, adding of device location Name and Address of the room and preparing as build drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, or fixing on walls or passing through cable duct / pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade having cross sectional area 3.5 core 400 sqmm including necessary thimble, gland, etc and taking down old item, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cables in trenches, or fixing on walls or passing through cable duct / pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade having cross sectional area 2 core 6 sqmm including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,install, testing and commissioning of indoor type panel board,dust and vermin proof having suitable width with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet enclosure powder coated, all necessary frame work , IP-54 protection including aluminum bus bar of approx minimum 1600 amps including electrical interlocking of two incomer ACBs and with sufficient space duly laminated with PVC sleeves with colour coding, plate for fixing ACB/MCCB's, cover plate for covering ACB/MCCB's with openings for ACB/MCCB's knobs including front and back open, providing necessary tower bolt as required. The cabinet and all accessories should be chemically treated with nine panel process. Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm. laid in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall on batten or porcelain insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in GI pipe 40 mm or fixed with poles or any other indicated sitution for loop earthing etc as required using galvanised iron strip of size 32 X 6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI Pipe 40 mm shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for 40 mm bore MS tubes light grade galvanised, with all fittings laid in trenches or walls or for passing earth strip, etc , including taking down old item complete all as specified and directed.
