Providing House Keeping, Security & Manpower Services through Out Source agencies at UBDT., College of Engineering, Davangere.

The agency has to provide work done certificate for engaging 97 Nos of (Manpower Services Office Staff- 64 House Keeping-14 & Security Services -19) Nos for Different Cadres in any one organization belonging to Government or Semi Government in any one Year during the last 3 years as per the Annexure No-6

Agency must submit satisfactorily completed work done certificate issued from the services provided in Govt. Semi Govt. Or Government undertaking organizations (any one of the previous year as mentioned.

During the last 3 years Agency should have a minimum Financial Turnover of Rs.320/- lakhs during last 3 years as per the Annexure No-7.

Registration Certificate issued by Labour Department & remittance of labour welfare fund for the last 3 years must be enclosed.

EPF Registration Certificate with Date and copies of EPF remittance of e-chalans of last 3 years must be enclosed With Payment Confirmation Challan.

ESI Registration Certificate with Date and copies of ESI remittance of e-chalans of last 3 years must be enclosed as per the Annexure No -3.

Copies of PAN certificate must be enclosed. as per Annexure No- 4

Copies of GST certificate must be enclosed. as per Annexure No- 4

I.T. Returns for the last three years must be enclosed as per the Annexure No-5.

Agency must submit the line of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.100/- Lakhs (2 Months) from Nationalised bank in the form of credit lines/letter of credit/Certificate for this service only for meeting the fund requirement.

The agency must submit declaration on Rs.100/- stamp paper that, he has not been black listed in any of the Govt.,/Semi Govt. or Pvt., Orgnisations as per the Annexure No-8.

Agency must submit declaration in writing on stamp paper of Rs.100/- that he will pay the minimum wages as per norms mentioned in No-9

Agency must submit recent Police verification certificate that no criminal cases against the agency.

All other documents as mentioned in the bid document.

Establishment/ Registration certificate of Firm/Agency Certificate & details must be enclosed along with validity of Registration.
