Earth work in excavation for structures of bridge work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil, comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock as per drawing and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material in compacted layers not exceeding fifteen centimetre thickness. All work of rock cutting by blastinging shall be carried out by taking all necessary precaution against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etcetera and to protect stability of hill slop, rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to level, side slopes, width, as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH technical specification clause 304. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal grade M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size in or under water and curing complete and including pumping or bailing out water dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of layer under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect as per drawing and M.O.R.T.H. technical specification clause 2100 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structures plain Reinforced cement concrete Grade M-30 (M-twenty) with cement contents not less than 330 kg (three hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre and crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size in flooring or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site or which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including cost of form work as per Drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including haulage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana Sale Tax, Toll tax GST and all other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing upto all heights/ depths HYSD bars reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 1000 including cutting, bending binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire up to all heights and as per directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material obtained from approved quarry/ road side cutting behind abutments, wing wall return walls, and retaining walls/ Breast walls complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 1604 as per directions and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm ( Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked PVC pipe weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall and retaining/breast walls extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause/ section 709 and 1200 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- Charge, including the cost of collar etcetera complete, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Supplying fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing conforming to IRC : 83 (PL-1) section IX and clause 2003 of morth specification complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specifications as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Supplying fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel roller bearing conforming to IRC : 83 (PL-1) section IX and clause 2003 of morth specification complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specifications, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Furnishing and placing reinforced/ prestressed cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and technical specification RCC grade M-35 (design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of Grade M-35) metres for box girder and balanced cantilever 38.58% of cost of concrete Height 5-10 Mtr. Beams, Deck slab and Wheel guard, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain concrete in open foundation for structure below approach slab complete of plain cement concrete grade M15 nominal mix 1:2.5:5 ( One cement : two point five sand : five graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 20mm ( Twenty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete in all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced Cement Concrete grade M-30 (M-Thirty) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 380 Kg (Three hundred eighty kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm (Twenty millimetres) broken/crushed stone aggregate in super-structure as per drawings and M.O.R.T.H. technical specifications clause 1500,1600,1700 and 2704 including the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in approach slab and curing complete including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty milimetres) thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving ground bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 50.29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm (Thirteen point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.06 cum (Zero point zero six cubic metre) per 10 sqm (ten square metre) and at an approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both directions pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces in not less then 1000c, protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface all complete as per clause 515 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Construction of Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete railing of Grade M-30 (M-Thirty) mix designed with minimun cement contents of 380 Kgs (Three hundred eighty kilograms) per cubic metre with aggregate size not exceeding 12mm (Twelve milimetres) true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical Reinforced Cement Concrete post not to exceed 1 in 500 (One in Five hundred) centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm (Two thousand milimetres) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and MORTH technical specifications including cost of reinforcement, form work and curing complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm (One hundred millimeter) dia galvanized mild steel down pipe with corrosion resistant structural steel grating complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1404.5 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm (Seventy milimetres) complete as per drawing and standard specification to be installed by the manufacture/ supplier or their authorized representative ensuing compliance to the manufactures instruction for installationncluding carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. The rate is including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and filling joint sealing compound complete as per drawings and M.O.R.T.H. technical specifications clause 2605 with coarse sand and 6% (six percent) bitumen by weight, including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing in position 20mm (twenty milimetres) thick preoulded joint filler in expansion joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10m (ten metre) to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20mm (twenty milimetres) covered with sealent complete as per drawing and technical specifications, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing high tensile steel wire/ strands including all accessories for stressing/ stressing operation and grounding complete as per drawing and technical specification including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental .
