1. Quarterly maintenance visit is estimated for 13 days per quarter (Fixed Cost) and a provision of 8 days of additional visits per year has been kept towards emergency breakdown/additional visits. 2. ONGC is in the process of finalizing the contract for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Online Gas Chromatograph at ONGC Uran Plant and Trombay Terminal along with post warranty CAMC for 5 years. In the event of award of contract and its finalization, ONGC shall intimate the same to M/s Emerson and the payment shall be on pro-rata basis for the services performed as per the above-mentioned system-wise & component-wise break-up. 3. In case quarterly maintenance could not be performed on one / more of the systems or their components in any quarter due to any reason, the payment of Quarterly AMC charges for that quarter shall be on pro-rata basis for the services performed as indicated in 1.5 of SCC. 4. In case, in any quarter, the Preventive Maintenance is extended beyond 13 days due to reasons not attributable to M/S EMERSON, the additional days shall be considered as Additional Day Stay and the payment for the same shall be made extra as per Sl. No. I. (b) of the Schedule of Rates (SOR). 5. In case, due to any reason, all the THIRTEEN days service of any quarterly Preventive Maintenance visit is not availed, then payment for that quarter shall be made on pro-rata basis/actuals. 6. Breakdown/additional visits of eight days kept during a year are only indicative in nature. Payment shall be made as per actual usage of additional/breakdown visits only.
