55.2 : Supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement(IRC 3.2.1.a)

5.1.a : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

5.2.a : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

5.7.1 : Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-A) aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen ( VG - 30) to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour., laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade.

55.4 : Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.6.a : Providing pre mix bitumen leveling coarse having thickness between 20mm and 40mm with 12mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen (vg 30) with pressure sprayer at the rate of 48 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

55.8.a : Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

55.16 : Providing and fixing guard post<br>Providing and fixing guard post of size 200mmx200mm, 1400mm long, 800mm above ground level and 600mm below GL. casted in M20 Grade concrete reinforced with 4 nos of 8mm dia longitudinal bars and 6mm dia stirrups @ 100mm c/c, firmly fixed in position by means of foundation of size 0.5mx0.5mx0.7m in M15 grade concrete below ground level including painting 2 coats on exposed surface with synthetic enamel paint in alternate white & black band 20cm wide

8.4.1 : Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign with 7years warranty manufactured as per IRC :67 made of Type IV micro prismatic grade sheeting vide clause 801.3.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 25x25x3 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc. <br>90 cm equilateral triangle
