CIVIL SECTION RENOVATION AND OFFICE PARTITION WORK

Fabricating and Fixing at site half partition (double skinned ) of height 1200 mm and width 75 mm to form separation between worktops/cabins. A frame work of height 120 cm is made using 19 mm Marine plywood sections with grid of average spacing 60cm x 60 cm in between vertical and horizontal members frame work is screwed on to floor/wall using steel screws of suitable size. Necessary cuttings in frames is to be provided to draw cable conduits. 9 mm tk Marine ply wood or flexy plywood is fixed on to both sides of the frame work with joints perfectly finished without any projections at joints. 1 mm tk laminate (merino/greenlam/century ply or other approved brand) as specified in the list of approved brands is pasted on both sides as per the detail specification in drawing. 15 mm x 80 mm decorative beechwood/ pinewood or equivalent wooden beeding/liping is fixed over top and at cut edges. Necessary grooves, cuttings and inlays should be given as per drawings. Cuttings for fixing electrical boxes/switches should be provided where ever necessary. A skirting is fixed on to it at floor level as per details. All exposed wooden surfaces are polished with melamine matt/clear after applying necessary base preparations , including concealing the screw heads. Cost of skirting and polishing will be separate item. (Refer Drg.No. A 01)

All exposed wooden surfaces are polished with melamine matt /clear after applying necessary base preparations, including concealing the screwheads. Fabricating and fixing at site on to wall / paneled wall/ partition or counters at base a beechwood/ pinewood or equivalent wooden skirting of size 75mm x 6mm with top detailed as per drawing and fixed on to wall or partition base using suitable size brass screws or headless brass nails and along with glue. The joints of the skirtings should be neat and no visible difference or overlaps should be seen. The surface is polished with melamine semi gloss after preliminary preparation of the surface.

The shutters, shelves shall be of 18 mm thick MPW laminate and drawers fixed on SS drawer channels, as per the size specified and in site finished with 1 mm laminate and edges finished with 2mm/1mm thick PVC edge banding tape and fixed with SS handes, locks of approved brands, supporting clips, etc. and provided with castors at bottom concealed. Fabricating and supplying at site drawer unit as per dwrg made of 19mm tk MPW and drawers fixed on drawer channels, as per the size specified and inside finished with 0.6mm laminate and edges finished surfaces with PVC edge banding tape and fixed with SS handles, locks etc and provided with pvc bush at bottom concealed as in drg. The top surface can be finished by post foaming the front portion and finishing all other cut edges with PVC edge banding tape.(Refer Drg . No. A-07)

Fabricating and fixing at site Master file racks in the space provided with height of 200 cm using 19 mm thick MPW [BWP Grade] IS: 710 for shutters and sides, with shelves and with locks, SS self closing hinges, stainless steel handles of appoved brand. All the cut edges of MPW should be finished by fixing PVC edge banding tapes 2 mm and 1 mm of matching shapes necessary racks as shown in the plan should be fixed inside on supporting clips,base supported with pvc bush as per required size of files. All the inside surfaces should be finished with 1 mm laminate (Refer Dwg No. A 08)

Fabricating and fixing at site file racks in the space provided with height of 200 cm using 19 mm thick MPW [BWP Grade] IS: 710 for shutters and sides, with shelves and with locks, half sliding shutters, SS self closing hinges, stainless steel handles of appoved brand. All the cut edges of MPW should be finished by fixing PVC edge banding tapes 2 mm and 1 mm of matching shapes necessary racks as shown in the plan should be fixed inside on supporting clips,base suppoted with pvc bush as per required size of files. All the inside surfaces should be finished with 1 mm laminate (Refer Dwg No. A 09)

Fabricating and fixing at site file racks in the space provided at height of 140 cm above floor level using 19 mm thick MPW [BWP Grade] IS: 710 for shutters and sides, with shelves and with SS locks, SS self-closing Hinges, stainless steel handles. All the cut edges of MPW should be finished by fixing PVC edge banding tapes 2 mm and 1 mm of matching shapes. Necessary racks as shown in the plan should be fixed inside on supporting clips as per required size of files. All the inside surfaces should be finished with 0.6 mm laminate. Measurements in elevation area (Refer Dwg No.A-10)

Fabricating and fixing at site, work top made of 19mm thick MPW with laminated top with postformed front edge with average lenght 90cm to 105cm and width 60cm with independent supports and cut edges finished with edge bending tapes and provided with a key board drawer, CPU stand and foot rest . The work tops are provided with wire manager systems .The rate should include all related hardwares and labour. Refer Drg. No.A-11

Fabricating and fixing at site teapoys near visitors lounge using 19mm tk marine plywood and 1mm tk laminate pasted on top as per the drawing ;Centre teapoys (90 x 60cms); Refer Drg. No. A-12

Fabricating and supplying and fixing at site pinup board of size (70x40cm) made out of 10mm thermocoal cork board cut to size covered with sponge and fabric on 8mm marine plywood, boarders and liping with teak wood with all polishing to fixed on to half partition as per Drg.No.A-13

Providing and fixing paneled and glazed (bevelled edges) shutters for doors, 35 mm thick shutters including ISI marked brass pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size, tower bolts heavy with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer in - charge.using good quality Mahagony wood. For doors Refer Drg. No. A-14

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for windows and clerestory windows, 30 mm thick shutters including ISI marked S.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished, eye hooks, stays etc of required size with necessary screws, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer in- charge, using good quality Mahagony wood.

Providing and fixing paneling or paneling and glazing in paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured) paneling for paneled or paneled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick using good quality Mahagony wood. For Doors Refer Drg. No. A-14

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately), using good quality Mahagony wood

Providing and fixing mortise lock set of godrej or equivalent approved by Engineer in charge to the wooden door shutter (handle size minimum 10inch brass/matt finish )

Providing and fixing single molded fiber door with frame and all fittings like latch/lock matt finish of approved brand, S.S tower bolt, S.S hinges, S.S handles etc. maximum size up to 2 sqm for toilet doors.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood ) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 500 metres lead: Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 500 metres lead.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.In cement mortar

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15; landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor two level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level;Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (The required Steel reinforcement shall be supplied free of cost by company at our store)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: (The required cement shall be supplied free of cost by company at our store); 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level; 1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (The required cement shall be supplied free of cost by company at our store)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x15cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level with thickness 15cm in : CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete excluding cost of cement.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes including cost and conveyance of materials, steel tubular double scaffolding etc.complete.<br>Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) excluding cost of cement.

Plastering with 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including all tools and tackles,labour charges, necessary scaffolding upto height 5 mtr, curing etc complete ,except cost of cement (cement shall be issued by the Company)

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified; Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and; directions of Engineer-in-charge; Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this; item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal; instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days; to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).; 12 mm average thickness. The metal sleeve inside the plastic lock shall provide bearing surface for the centre shaft which rotates freely, providing smooth, quite; long wearing operation. Head Rail: It shall be made up of extruded aluminium, powder coated. Control unit Idler shall be mounted on the head rail with powder coated MS brackets. Roller Tube:It shall be made up of extended high strength aluminium; anodized alloy, control unit ; Idler shall befixed to the either ends of the tube. The fabric of the blind is fitted to the tube with heavy duty adhesive tape.160 Sqft;Bottom rail: It shall be made up of round or triangular extruded aluminium section and connected using high quality transparent/coloured end caps through which the fabric runs Operating Chain: It shall be an endless chain made up of 4-5 mm plastic beads moulded on 2-3 mm thick polyester chord with pitch of beads 5-7 mm. The chain drives the sprockets of the control unit to close or open the blind. Installation: The Duplex (Zebra) roller blind shall be installed on brackets clamps fixed over the wall or ceiling. The brackets clamps shall be made up of high strength alloy or zinc plated mild steel.
