Replacement of old UNSV seats from chair CB steel with Arms with new seats of 1st class sheesham wood wrought duly canned with plastic cane 2 mm with border of 3 mm thick in Godrej pattern. Wooden portion of seat shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint, complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Replacement of old UNSV PVC shoes of table dinign OR's/Table office officer steel/Table office clerk steel with new PVC shoes 25 mm all as per drawing No FD-165,84,307,1003,1004,1007,1008,77 (M) & as approved/ directed by Engr-in-charge.

RACK STEEL SIX TIER (Drg No FD-1038)

Repair to nrack steel six tier by removing and replacement of old UNSV shelves with new shelves of size 915 mm x 305 mm x 1.0 mm thick MS sheet and providing new members, including welding & grinding all as per drawing No FD-1038 and as approved/directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : MS Angle iron 25 mm x 25 mm x 4 mm thick only shall be measured and paid separately.

Welding to damaged portion of shelves etc , complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Painting rack steel six tier with shelves with two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG/Smoke grey including preparation of surfaces complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

MS Angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm thick welded in rack steel six tier, including preparation of surfaces and painting two coats of synthetic enamel OG/Smoke grey paint.

REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE ( FD-220 & FD-1122)

Removing of old UNSV cotton newar/plywood from charpoy GI pipe and tightening the frame and make its suitable for fixng plywood top and providing 12 mm thick commercial plywood ISI maarked, BWR type fixed with 6 mm dia, 65 mm long nut and boltswith washers (Total 10 Nos) including drilling 03 Nos holes on each long rail and 02 Nos on short rails, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old UNSV elbow 3 way from charpoy GI pipe and supply & fixing new GI elbow 3 way of 32 mm bore small grade ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing of old UNSV check nut from charpoy and providing new GI check nut 32 mm bore, 6 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out of old UNSV long rail of charpoy GI pipe and supply & fixing new 32 mm bore GI pipe long rail SMALL grade (ISI Marked) threaded both ends complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Taking out of old UNSV short rail of charpoy GI pipe and supply & fixing new 32 mm bore GI pipe short rail SMALL grade (ISI Marked) threaded both ends complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Cutting and fixing 32 mm bore GI pipe for short rails of charpoy, made out obtained from Srl No 13.04 above including one side threading, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

Cutting and fixing 32 mm bore GI pipe for legs made out of UNSV short rails made out obtained from Srl No 13.05 & 13.06 above including one side threading, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

Supply and fixing two Nos stiffener of 25 mm square MS conduit pipe 1.6 mm thick welded in equal distance to top long rail of appropriate size including painting of two coat of black paint over a coat of Red Oxide primer, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

Taking out unserviceable top of table office clerk wooden and supply and fix of new top of Pre-laminated particle board 18/19 mm exterior grade teak face including providing 4 mm thick beading of 1st class (teak) wood wrought all-round , complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Taking out unserviceable legs and supply and fix of new legs of first class teak wood wrought , complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Taking out unserviceable top long rail and supply and fix of new top long rail of first class teak wood wrought, complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Taking out unserviceable top short rail and supply and fix of new top short rail of first class teak wood wrought, complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Taking out unserviceable drawer and supply and fix of new drawer of deodar wood except bottom which shall be of 6 mm ply wood commercial. Front portion of drawer shall be of first class teak wood wrought. A knob of 40 mm dia shall be provided, complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING GENTS WITH MIRROR (Drg No. FD-379)

Removing of UNSV old defective mirror and back plywood mirror frame and supply and fix of new Looking Mirror 760 mm x 380 mm x 5 mm and providing new 6 mm thick sheet glass mercury electro plated mirror 5 mm thick and new plywood commercial BWR gradeof ply for back side , complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Supply and Fix in repair Chromium Knob fancy type, complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Taking out unserviceable/old PVC shoes from all types of chairs and tables and supply and fix of new PVC shoe with steel screw, complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

S&F of cushion foam for sofa set size 525x525x100mm, 32 density (Make Sleepwell) duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth complete all as directed and specified. Note- Rate of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 180/- per RM.

M&L for polishing of sofa set 4 seater with high class lekar polish to all exposed surfaces match with existing all as specified and directed.
