12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand)

sand) etc. complete.

Providing 20 mm thick double coat mala cement plaster

on interior brick / concrete work for plastering

comprising of base coat of 12 mm thick cement plaster

in cement mortar (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) in rough

11 finishing and 8 mm thick top coat of cement mortar 1:2

(1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand) finished with trovel including

scaffolding curing etc. complete.

Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made

of 80 mm wide M.S. laths inter-locked together through their

entire length and jointed together at the ends by end locks

mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with bracket plates,

guide channels and arrangements for inside and outside

locking with push-pull operation complete but

excluding the cost of hood cover and spring. (B) Shutters

having width above 3.5 M.

Providing and laying polished Kota stone slab flooring

over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6

(1-cement : 6-coarse sand) or L.M. 1.1.5 (1-Lime putty

:1.5 - coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey

cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of

slab including rubbing and polishing etc. complete.

Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C.

work including bending, binding and placing in position

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of on

wall surfaces (Two coats) to give an approved brand and

manufacture and of required shape even shade after

17 thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and

remains of loose powered materials.

Distempeing (Two coats) with oil bound washable

distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of

required shade on wall surfaces to give an even shade,

over and including a priming coat with alkali resistance

surface and other foreign matter and also including

preparing the surface even and sand parpered smooth.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and

other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing, interior to

give an even shade including cleaning the surface an even

other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern to wooden

frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats at required spacings

and frame alround, square or round bars with round headed

20 bolts and nuts or by screws.

Providing and laying broken chine mosaic flooring for terrace

using 12mm to 20mm broken of glazed tiles to be laid over

cement mortar 1:3 to plain or slope and to be tempered to

dring mortar creme out up to surface using white cement

15cm along the wall, clearing with water and oxalic acid etc.

Carring out plinth treatment to post construction/ existing

structure by spraying chemical solution for termite control

treatment including labour and material consistment with

I.S.I specification. Using Chlordene and Chiorpurfiles 20 EC. As

Per 6131_paret-II Consentration Weight one percent is

24 recommended i.e one litre 20 EC chemical emulsion with

liter give 1% concrentration inclusive of one litre chemical

emulsion appication at the rate of 5Litre chemical/ Sqm of

surface is recom-mended as per I.S

Suppliying of graded stone aggregate of following sizes (for

W.B.M.Road) (3) Crushed stone aggregate for Hard Qualityup

25 to 63 mm stze

(ii) Supplying of hard murrum 50mm to 150mm size.

Spreading the stone aggregate for rolling and W.B.M.

including filling the interstices to required camber and

gradient (excluding spreading of Blindage)

Spreading blindage or road crust filling the gaps in metal and

leveling to camber and gradient as directed.

Providing and laying or dinary cement concrete 1:2:4 (1-

including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of

reinforsement for R.C.C work in (iv) Slab shaving more than

Dewatering of TRI MIX M- 200 floor concrete by meshns of

vacuumed dewatering using floater machine and other

necessary equipment and complete the work.
