1 Repair/Servicing and Maintenance of 22TR Packaged Air Conditioning Units of Labour recovery room and Doctors room. Servicing of blowers by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing – 2 jobs. Complete servicing of IDU coil and ODU unit chemical or water, as per site requirement, through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. for at least two times at periodic interval- 2 jobs. Replacement of old worn-out/damaged 5.5TR compressorby way of replacementwith newcompressor (Copeland Emerson, Danfoss or LG make only) as per sample then leak detection test of the compressors line by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages and then vacuumizing of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumizing pump and recharging compressors as per machine requirement/ equipment requirement - 1 jobs. Recharging compressors with 3kg refrigerant gas each – 2 jobs. Replacing of worn-out fan belts (no. 302/312) as per requirement- 5 nos. Repair of outdoor fan motors by way replacement/rewinding of old damaged/worn-out motors as per requirement – 3 nos. Repair of blower motors by way of dismounting/dismantling of motor and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing as per site requirement – 2jobs. Job also involves repair to supply by way of SITC of 4P 100 A with 50 KA BCC change over switch with enclosure along with cables for connecting with AVR, power supply from transformer and machines. The switch should be fitted on the wall after making proper alignment and arrangement using materials like angle irons, channel and metal strips with proper welding and nut-bolt joints wherever required as per site requirement. Testing of same on no load & full load and commissioning of same after successful testing.Complete job as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. Moreover, all the electro-mechanical materials used should conform to relevant IS/BIS/CE standards and codes. 1 job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
