Supply, install and testing and commissioning of 12.5 metre High mast with two section i.e, 6.5 meter on bottom and 6 meter on top side with provision of housing for 12 Nos Flood light with base plate 300mm, top dia 150mm with galvanization thickness of average 65 Microns with door opening of 900 mmx250mm, size of the base plate 520mm with thickness 25mm, maximum wind speed (IS875-1987) foundation bolt 6 Nos with and including all foundation/necessary PCC work and one in muber aviation light ,with feeder panel, motor Mechanism etc, entire the completion all as directed and specified

Supply and fixing of 200W flood light with IP-66 protection with toughened glass with high power LED with efficiency more than 110Lumen/Watt with 10 KV surge protection in built complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying UG cable in trenches /passing through pipes/fixed on walls or poles cable XLPE insulated, Screened ,PVC bedded, steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 4 core 25 sqmm with suitable cable gland including taking down of old unserviceable Cable complete all as specified.

Materials and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with galavanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel including PCC( concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire gauge of(0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80mm thick RCC pit cover 320mmx320mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with XPM,JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -1 specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing to an earthing test point/transformer /neutral body/LT panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole and laying of underground electric cable/ laying pipes in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Returning and filling of soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and spread River Sand for cushioning and covering of UG cables in trenches complete all as specified and directed (Note: For measurement purpose only punned thickness shall be measured and paid).

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and lay in trenches /fixed on walls/poles galavanised iron tubing medium grade with all fitting of 40mm dia including taking down old unserviceable Galvanised iron tubing all as specified and directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement of ON load Change over switch with enclosure 4 Pole, 400 Amps, 36 KA, 415 V , mounted on angle iron / channel stand of minimum 60 cm height from the PCC grounding made out of angle size 40 X 40 X 6 mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement MCCB 4 Pole, 400 Amps, 36 KA, 415 V, with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting Ics=100% Icu complete all as directed.

Material, Labour and using Tools & Plants, Underground pneumatic horizontal drilling of holes under road, pavement, hard standing as required length at site by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique with necessary horizontal direction drilling (HDD) machine including providing HDPE Pipe 110 mm outer diameter 0.40 MPA including necessary joint connections and laying LT/HT cable. The contractor shall be conduct underground scanning to detect existing HT/LT cable line, sewage line, OFC Cable etc to avoid damage. The entry/exist hole must be large enough to fit the drilling tool and the operator in it so they can aim the tool. The hole also must be deep enough that as the tool compacts the ground and the surface to be remain undisturbed. The depth of the starting bore pit depends on the type of the soil that is being worked in and how well it compacts. The operator shall aim the tool to the desire exit point and allow it to perform it function creating a bore hole under the ground without disturbing surfaces. The operator also should monitor the surface to make sure that, it is undisturbed. As the tool near to the exit point it is slowed down and the exit pit should be dug to locate both the tool and the bore. As the tool enters the exit pit the operator should choose either digup the tool to retrive it or reverses the tool back into the first bore pit to retrieve it including connected earth work, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable including suitable size PVC conduit with one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable as earth continuity wire all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm, and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Supply & Fix Single pole enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB SP 20 Amp at 240 volts 10 KA, C curve complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix 20 mm dia CPVC pipes SDR-13.5 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed on wall/ceiling with all necessary fittings, solvents complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down split ACs with and including dismantling of three core copper cable, connecting MCB boxes, copper piping etc, complete making good disturbed surfaces as matching to the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Notes: i) This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site for Serial item No. 4 & 5 for beyond the length provided by OEM. ii) One run of both 5/8" & 1/4" pipes along with insulation shall be measured as one length.
