Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm and down gradedhard granite crusher broken metal including all cost , carriage, royality, taxes, and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Sand Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes and all labour, T & P etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing R.C.C. M20grade with 20mm and down graded CBHG chips including hoisting and laying with all cost carriage royality taxes and all labour involved for the completion of item of work as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

TMT reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position Labor for including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and cost conveyance of M.S. rod etc. all complete.

Dismantlling and removing 2.50 CM thick grading concrete from roof slab, cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debries within 50 mtr lead .

Supplying of all materials labour, T&P for providing 40mm.thick Grading concrete (1:2:4) by using 12mm Chips (C.B) to roof slab with water proof Compounds treatment including all cost, conveyance, Royalty and curing etc. Complete.

Supply all material and ladder/Scaffolding T&P for art painting /3D painting over wall/Street/RCC or plastered ) as per direction of Engineer in Charge including cost of paint admixture such as febrick stainer acrylic etc with labour charges of artist and helper etc comp

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint with cost of paint.

Dismantling Stone/B.M. in cement mortar under 3mtr height including stacking the useful materials for re-use & removing the debries away from work site within 50mtr

Fly ash Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure with all cost , carriage, royality, taxes, and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over the brick masonry walls including all cost of the materials, carriage, royality,alltaxes and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Finishing plastered surface of wall with plaster of paris and making smooth sorface to receive painting alltaxes and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

32mm piasal wood or local teak wood panelled shutter moulded penelled with all labour, iron fitting and wooden hinged cleats fitted & fixed complete in all respect

Supplying fitting fixing of main gate GI framed fitting including all cost of the materials, carriage, alltaxes and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of primer on new wood/Steel work of doors, windows, grill and including all labour, T & P, cost of paints as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing up window(sliding type) made up aluminum section No.9778 as window fram, section No.4095, 4096 & 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber bending inculding locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of good quality WPC(Black cobra) chowkath(0.08m x 0.125m) framed and fixed (wrought & putup) in trusses, purlins, frames of doors & windows, ventilators, beams etc. as per the direction of the EIC.

Fixing Marbel in floors, treads or steps and landing over 25mm bed of C:M (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the marbel including rubbing and polishing complete .

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 5.5 mm thick hexagoanal Aluminum jally in windows as single groove, double groove and tapered clip as horizontal and vertical members for fixing of aluminum jally and jointing angle conforming to standard Aluminium sections etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railling using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe beacing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. requered for the complete in all respect.

Fixing Granite in floors, treads or steps and landing over 25mm bed of C:M (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the Granite including rubbing and polishing complete .
