Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding / terrazo dado etc (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 350x250x7mm/450x350x 7 to 8mm thick, on vertical surface as in patch etc including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white of coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.20% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15% (Max Deviation). surface flatness + 0.22% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified and directed. Note: Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be got approved by AGE(I).

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.
