Dismantling of existing roof treatment including tar felt / cement plaster etc from roof surfaces including cleaning the surface and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra fibre reinforced elastometric liquid applied water proofing membrane as in roof treatment @ 1 Litre per 10 Sqft inclusive of all three coats as per following application process: - (a) Prepare the surface by cleaning with high pressure water jet / wire brushes to ensure that it is free of dust, oil, grease, grime and loose particles. (b) Damaged portion if any to be repaired before application of roof treatment as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) Applying self priming coat of Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra duly dialuted with water in 3:1 ratio by volume. Allow the primed surface to dry for at least 3-4 hours prior to application of subsequent coat. (d) Applying 2 perpendicular coats of Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra without any dialution to achieve a forced system coverage. Allow it to dry for at least 4-6 hours between two coats. NOTE: - WORK SHALL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE AUTHORISED APPLICATORS OF THE MANUFACTURER IN CLOSE SUPERVISION OF EXECUTIVE STAFF UPTO ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE LEVEL. MAKE- ASIAN PAINTS, STP LTD.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls with cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even and fair with and including preparation of wall and providing three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls with cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even and fair with and including preparation of wall and providing three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawingcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item no 9.00 above but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of wood grain printed PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of aluminium section powder coated of approved colour as in aluminium door change of side rail, top rail, bottom rail or middle rail, 5.5mm thick sheet glass with rubber stripped namafa rope partially panelled, panel made of 5mm thick PVC composite board duly fixed with aluminium clips bearing section including floor spring and necessary items etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Aluminium section, sheet glass, prelaminated particle board and spring shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

S&F powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for partition, snap grid, doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat etc. for fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg per running metre including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, aluminium handles 2 Nos. in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet glass, 5.5mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square area exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame or rubber strips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of shutters of any description area exc 1 sq. m but n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of Chowkhats or frames with shutter area exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing etc complete all as specified and as directed.
