Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25Kg(zero point twenty to zero point twenty five kilogramme )per square metre on the prepared bitumenious surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification ,2014 Clause-503. including carriage of materials, within all leads , lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying bitumenious concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75(Seventy five) Tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitumenious binder V.G 30(Viscosity grade Thirty @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to Five point Six)percent of mixed and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandern rollers to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per IRC 29-1988 complete in all respect .(Bitumen concrete )Thickness 25mm(Twenty five milimetre) including carriage of materials, within all leads , lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, lavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification,2004 Clause 506, 50mm(Fifty milimetre ) thick with bitumen V.G-10)(Viscosity grade ten).including carriage of materials, within all leads , lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

C/O essential V-Shape road side drain in cement concrete, 1:3:6(One Cement three approved sand six graded stone aggregate, 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size with thickness of concrete as 10 Cm. (Ten Centimetre) M-10 of size, 45cm.x25cm. (Forty five centimetre into twenty five centimetre) as per standard design and specifications complete in all respect including cost of earth work in all kind of soil and cost of form work with steel plates as per MORD Specifications including carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts and other incidential as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
