A) Supply of Materials

1) Fabrication, Galvanizing and Supply of 132 KV DC Towers Including Stubs, Extension and Stub - Setting Template as per Drawing & BOM

2) Hot Dip galvanized Hexagon Head Transmission Tower Bolts with Suitable Nuts & Washers for above Structures as per BOM.( 4% of tower part))

3) OPGW Wire

4) Hardware set for 24F OPGW Cable

5) Joint Box set for 24F OPGW Cable

6) Conductor Accessories

a) Vibration damper suitable for ACCC HTLS conductor

b) Single Tension fittings compressed type suitable for ACCC HTLS conductor

c) Double Tension fittings compressed type suitable for ACCC HTLS conductor

d) Polymer Insulator 120 KN

7) Tower Accessories

a) Supply of Number Plates in the size of 165 mm X 150 mm , manufactured out of 16 SWG M.S Sheet with Letters and Numerals enameled Red on White to Number serially the Tower of the Transmission Line, Number Plate indicating Name of Transmission Line in short and Tower number are required 2 No. 16x40 mm HRH Bolts and Nuts with 04 No. lead Washers of 2 mm thickness shall have to be supplied with each Plate. Matching hole of 17.5 mm shall be provided for Fixing up the Plate with Tower. The back side of Plate shall be enamelled Black.

b) Supply of Phase plates in the sets of Red,Yellow,Blue colour Circular disc (both sides enamelled) of long heavy dully made of 16 S.W.G Sheet with provision of 2 Nos. 16x40 mm HRH bolts and nuts with 4 No. lead washers of 2 mm thickness shall have to be supplied with each plate. Matching holes of 17.5 mm shall be provided for fixing up the plate with Tower. The back side of plate shall be enameled Black.

c) Supply of Danger Plates in the size of 380 mm X 250 mm , manufactured out of 16 SWG M.S Sheet showing Sign of Danger shall be supplied. Danger Sign shall be composed of word 'DANGER' written in English Letters of about 35 mm height, 'खतरा' in Hindi Letter about 45 mm height 132000 Volts written in English letters about 30 mm height and Two Human Skulls above two bones shown in cross of size about 70mmX 80mm shown symmetrically all enameled Red on White background 2 No. 16X40 mm HRH Bolts and Nuts with 4 No. lead Washers of 2 mm thickness shall have to be supplied with each Plate. Matching hole of 17.5 mm shall be provided for Fixing up the Plate with Tower. The Back side of Plate shall be enameled Black.

B) WORK ASSOCIATED WITH CONSTRUCTION OF NEW LINE PORTION AND INTERCONNECTION WITH EXISTING LINE INCLUDING NECESSARY DISMANTLING :

1) Survey & profiling

2) Check Survey & Peg marking

3) Excavation of foundation excluding back filling & leveling for 4 Nos. DC+5, 2Nos. DC+0 & 01 Nos. DB+0 towers

4) Stub setting DC type Tower

5) Installation of steel reinforcement of concrete foundation including cost of steel bars, cutting , bending & placing etc.

6) Concreting of foundation including cost of arrangement of form boxes, shoring, shuttering & back filling , curing including the cost of cement, sand & stone ballast etc. for 4 Nos. DC type Tower (FS Foundation)

7) Erection of towers including proper tightening, fixing of number plates, phase plate & danger plates, bird guard etc.

8) Tack welding of bolts & nuts up to 2nd section

9) Transportation of all material from various stores under ETD-I, Lucknowwith loading, unloading & stacking.

10) Providing and Fixing Earthing of tower with pipe type earthing including by putting the G.I Pipe at least 600 mm below ground level & at least 3650 mm away from the Tower itself and connecting the G.I Strip of the Pipe with Bolt holes in the Leg Members Joining the bottom most Bracing of the Tower by making about 300 mm dia , 3750 mm deep Pit at a distance of not less than 3650 mm away from the Stubs and finally, filling the Pit with finally broken Coke having the granule sizes not more than 25 mm and Salt in such a way that minimum cover of 125 mm thick Salt Mixed Coke shall be maintained around the Pipe on all sides and the top edge of the Pipe and G.I Strip shall be at least 600 mm below the ground level, complete in all respect as per Technical specifications, with all cost of Men, Materials, Misc, consumables, T&Ps etc. required for the job including the Pipe type Earthing Equipment Set.(01 No. for each Towers to be Earthed)

11) Laying, Stringing, tensioning, Clamping (For HTLS conductor) including hoisting of insulators , fitting of all accessories hardware and accessories i.e. fittings, armour rods,vibration dampers etc. along with all related other works up to re-energisation of line with the help of T.S.E.(Tensioner & Puller Machine)

12) Restringing,Laying, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. completed of OPGW including fitting of vibration dampers.

13) Anchoring of Section Towers by providing Stay on Cros Arms of Section Tower before removal of old Conductors including suitable fixing of Stay Rod by making C.C. Foundations and removal thereof after completion of works (1 Job per Cross arm)

14) Safe Dismantling of all 3 Phases of existing ACCC HTLS Conductor, all Hardwere fittings & conductor accessories e.g. armour rod, vibration Dampers, insulator strings etc.of existing line and re-rolling of dismantled conductor on empty drums for re-use, safely transportation of all removed material to UPPTCL stores.( The steel empty drums shall be provided by the firm)

15) Transportation of balance material from site to store at 132 kV S/S Mohan Road, Lucknow along with loading, unloading & stacking .

16) De-stringing of OPGW

17) Dismantling of 132 kV Single Circuit Towers
