The Construction and Quality, comprising of Commercial Chemical Stabilizer& OPC Grd. 43 treated soil/soil-aggregate/marginal aggregate for design E-Values = 5000MPa as per Clause 8.2.1 of IRC37:2018 or upper limit of E value = 1700MPa basis 4-point beam method as per IRC-SP-89:2018 after 28 days curing in accordance with Clause 10.5(modified), 7.3.2, 8.2.1 and Annexure-X of IRC37:2012/2018 and IRC-SP-89: (Part-II) 2010/2018. All the works will be done by mechanical means in accordance with Annx-X/X-1 of IRC37:2012/2018 and as recommended in Annx-IV of IRC-SP-89:2018. No manual works shall be allowed. Providing and Laying of SAMI Layer 10 mm thick by means of Synchronous Chips Sealer Integrated Machinery. SAMI layer comprise of 12 Kg Per 10 Sqm of Elastomeric modified bitumen suitable or 18 Kg per 10 Sqm Elastomeric Bitumen Emulsion for snowbound subzero temperature and Immediately Covered with 11.2 MM Stone Chips @ 0.1 Cum per 10 Sqm as per IRC:37-2018, IRC-SP-34:1989 and IRC110:2005 over CTB surface. SAMI layer to be applied over well chiseled, dressed and cleaned CTB layer. No manual works shall be allowed. Providing and applying of Tack coat with Cationic bitumen emulsion or bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm on prepared Primed and Bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom conforming to section 503 of MORT&H specifications (5th Revision) for surfacing work on road Hanle -Chumar.

Providing, laying and compaction of DBM layer compacted thickness 50 mm thick conforming to section 505 of MORT&H specifications (5th Revision) for surfacing work on road Hanle -Chumar.

Providing, laying and compaction of BC layer compacted thickness 40 mm over Dense Bituminous Macadam layer conforming to section 507 of MORT&H specifications (5th Revision) for surfacing work on road Hanle -Chumar.

Road Marking with Thermoplastic Paint (2.50 mm thick ) Conforming to section 803.4 of MORT&H specification (5thRevision) for surfacing work on road Hanle -Chumar

Providing and Fixing of Delineators 600 mm (road ways indicators, hazard markers, object markers) 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cms wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorized panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and confirming to IRC :79 and the drawings, all complete as per clause 806 of MORT&H (5th Revision) specification for surfacing work on road Hanle -Chumar.

Providing and Fixing of road stud 100x100 mm, dia cast in aluminum, resistance to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lens reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS :873(part-4)1973, all complete as per clause 804 of MORT&H (5th Revision) specification for surfacing work on road Hanle -Chumar.
