Repair to street light/flood light of any type, any description mounted on pole/ Roof/ wall, disconnecting electrically, testing of all components to ascertain defective parts of the fitting and testing the conductivity of electric cable of internal wiring of the fittings, dismantling of defective components and testing the fitting after replacement of defective components and cable of internal wiring and making the fitting fully functional testing complete.

All as per Ser item No 1.00 above but post top / Bollard light

NOTES FOR ITEM No. 1 & 2 i. Scope of work does not include the followings and will be measured and paid for separately under respective items:- ii. Cost of the driver, cables which will be paid for separately as supply only. iii. Scope of work includes for minor stores i.e. PVC insulation tapes, screws, insulation sleeves, nuts, bolts, washers and flexible cable 23/0.0076 (for internal wiring) etc as required at site.

Repair to high mast light fitting mounted on up to 16 mtr height structure of qty 09 to 12 light fitting, lowering disconnecting electrically, testing of all components to ascertain defective part of the fitting and testing the conductivity of electric cable of internal wiring of the fittings, dismantling of defective components, testing the fitting after replacement of defective components and making the fitting fully functional, finally entire unit to be raised upto its original level complete. (The necessary major components should be measured and paid separately)

S&F following LED street light luminaries with pressure die cast aluminum housing, Heat resistant toughened glass with frame and IP 66 protection for following wattage including taking down existing unserviceable HPSV/MH fitting from Steel /PCC pole up to 9.00 Mtrs height or from wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Height of new fitting should adjusted to archive better illumination level so as to match with LED fittings as directed.

(for street lights/ flood lights) Make: Finolex/Poly Cab/Havells. Note: PVC conduit is measured and paid separately.

S & F rigid PVC non metallic conduit 20mm dia on pole with necessary bend Elbow, couplers ,check nuts , FI clamp 40 x 4 mm poles and nuts & bolts, PVC flexible conduit, connected to junction box to fitting etc in replacement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including painting to clamps. S & F following LED flood light with high pressure die cast housing IP 66 protection for area lighting for following wattage with necessary fixing arrangement on pole/Wall with suitable size MS clamp, nuts & bolts, for lights complete including taking down old unserviceable fitting of any type and depositing to store for credit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for writing pole numbers on pole both PCC and steel tubular pole with super enameled synthetic paint of any colour including digits and alphabets all as directed including with letter height of 75 mm All as directed. Note: Colour of letters and back ground is as directed.

M & L for cutting the tree branches at a distance not exceeding 3.0 Mtrs away from Street light poles /fitting incl removing the creeper which surrounded the poles and street lights, roof top of E/M Installation of G+0 Building of tree branch size up to 50 mm dia as directed and deposited the removing branches at a distance not exceeding 100 Mtrs from Road /Path.

M & L XLPE 4 core 16 sqmm insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in trenches/fixed on wall complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and 1.5 mtr width as in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning filling incl leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Removal of surface soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & L for Riddled earth for cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete. (Note: Punned thickness shall be taken for measurement)

M & L for laying Bricks, common burnt clay building sub-class 'B' old size bricks for protection of cable in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Unserviceable Pre-stressed concrete poles/ steel poles of any size & shape including necessary excavation and earth work, taking out of embedded portion of poles from concrete after necessary demolition of cement concrete foundation and disposal of same complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earthwork, returning filling removing of surplus soil and demolished materials and disposed of the demolished concrete shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Supply, erecting & fixing steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP - 31 ( 8.5 metres long), complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earthwork, cement concrete, etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) Excavation & earth work shall only be measured in case location is other than item No. 27

S&F in repairs street light timer panel with contactor and timer Digital type , 3 phase 6KW, with minimum 32 Amps contactor rating with IP 54 protection internally pre-wired with FRLS cables and inbuilt short circuit protection fixed on the ground/wall with necessary clamps etc. The Excavation and PCC if required shall be considered included in the rate quoted.
