Dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets including AC ridges etc., as in roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq. cm and over in section, in any position of unframed/ framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed rafter/purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats,hallow sections etc fixed in position, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde 250),complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in positiion etc complete after cleaning incl writing date of cleaning in letter/ number 100mm high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 07.00 here in before but capacity exc 500 ltrs but n. exc 1000 ltrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cutting and uprooting of grass vegitation over roof surfaces , roughning old bricks tile/concrete surfaces by picking sweeping clean wire brushing and washing down with water to remove dust etc incl flashing and junction of parapits filling damaged /open joints in CM (1:3) and applying neat cement slury 3.00 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with WPC as in roof padding, levelling course, and finishing top surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) to recieve APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.
