REPAIR TO TOILETS, WASHROOM, SUNKEN FLOORS AND SANITARY FITTINGS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN BAREILLY UNDER GE(AF) BAREILLY

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removal of debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-O using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, floor etc all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layers of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finish all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall including finishing the surfaces fair and even for tiling work all as specified.

M&L for non skid colour ceramic tiles (first quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile all as specified.

M&L for non skid colour ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (first quality) (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles of size 350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm / 450 mm X 350 mm X 7 mm thick (first quality) on vertical surface such as wall, dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tank of capacity not exceeding 1000 ltrs complete all as specified.

Dismantling existing water tank exc 500 & not exc 1000 ltrs capicity ,setting aside or lowering if reqd for repairs ,cleaning etc and hoisting ,reconnecting and refixing in position all as specified and directed

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 1000 ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified.
