Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying and picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc.400 sqm, depth exc 50mm but n. exc. 100mm and removal of aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing soling (for sub base) 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders quarried stone interstices filled surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150mm thick WBM in two layers each layers 75mm thick with coarse aggregate granite trap or basalt of grading 2 spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber with 8 to 10 Ton power rolled complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Combined thickness ie 150 mm thick shall be measured in single unit.

M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness (75mm or less) thick with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressors to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete nominal mix (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base laid to required camber and gradient and lateral support as formwork as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors / below pavement, well ramming and punning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 400 micron thick HDPE sheet, transparent of virgin quality as per ASTM D2103/IS-2508 over 20mm sand layer complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Minimum overlap should be 150mm in both longitudinal and transverse directions and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for this overlapping.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimeter in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25 cm including finishing of top surfaces by belting / brooming with suitable tool & equipment’s complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 20 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 90mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings, chajja etc and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of slabs, facia, louvers, etc for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars 600 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high intensity grade shedding retro reflective delineator post 75 mm outer dia heavy duty steel pipe 0.90 m long head cap by hydraulic machine design and hold fast welded on delineator post bottom with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of stove enameled paint by heat processing and three Nos reflective bands of white, red & yellow colour and covered by 14 gauge net girth and welded complete all as specified embedded in ground 30cm x 30cm x 40 cm deep pit (including excavation & removal of soil not exc 500 m) filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate & up to 30 cm height above ground level including necessary formwork fair finished etc. complete all as per MORTH & IRC specifications.

Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
