Testing and calibration of 11 KV HT VCB panel protection relays over current/ earth fault, tripping and closing circuits by primary and secondary injection method for their optimal tripping and closing performance including resetting of the time whenever required including submission of test report in duplicate complete all as directed. Supply only intrrupter for vaccum circuit breaker of 11 KV Voltage rating , 400/630/800 Amps, 3 phase, 50 cycles from the 11 KV HT panel board complete all as directed. Make : Siemens/AE/GE/L&T

Supply only HT 11 KV VCB spout assembly on existing location complete all as directed. Make : Siemens/AE/GE/L&T Note: - Cost of HT insulation shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Disconnecting and cutting down the existing unserviceable /burnt out HT cable end joints, outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) 11kV grade suitable for XLPE cables of size 120 Sqmm,3 core and supply and jointing new HT cable end joint of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core, outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) including testing complete all as directed. Disconnection the HT ,LT & Earth Connection of Transformer of capacity 300 KVA to 630 KVA and lifting it from its installation place and transportation to civil workshop at Tezpur for repair and transporting back to its existing installation and install at its original foundation including connecting the HT,LT & Earth connection of transformer foundation bolts etc including removing old painting by scraping and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by sparay machine, writing of SM No/MES No complete all as directed. NOTE: (a) Spare parts will be mesured and paid seprately under relevant items. (b) Cost of Transformer oil for cleaning by hoisting down shall be deemed to be included in the qouted rates.

Rewinding of transformer of 300 KVA capacity by supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge of primary coil with E class insulation varnishing and baking the coil properly fixing on core and making connection to achieve rated voltage and current complete all as directed.

Rewinding of transformer of 630 KVA capacity by suprer enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge of primary coil with E class insulation varnishing and baking the coil properly fixing on core and making connection to achieve rated voltage and current complete all as directed.

Supply only supper enameled copper strip of approved quality and suitable gauge for LT side of transformer as per the rated KVA requirment of the transformer of 11/0.433 KV grade complete all as directed.

Supply only approved quality copper wire of suitable gauge and size suitable for winding HT side of transformer to achive required rated KVA 11/0.433 KV grade complete all as directed.

Supply only gasket set for transformer top lid cover 6 to 8 mm thick ,LT and HT terminal bushing suitable for transformer of capacity 300 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as directed.

Supply and fix gasket set for transformer top lid cover 6 to 8 mm thick , cork sheet, LT and HT terminal bushing suitable for transformer of capacity 5 MVA complete all as directed.

Taking down the defective air breathers from the transformers, supply and fix new breathers suitable for step down distribution transformers of any make and capacity ranging from 63 KVA to 250 KVA including filling of new silica gel in breathers complete all as directed.

Taking down the defective air breathers from the transformers, supply and fix new breathers suitable for step down transformers of any make and capacity ranging from 315 KVA to 500 KVA including supply and filling of new silica gel in breathers complete all as directed.

Taking down the defective air breathers from the transformers, supply and fix new breathers suitable for power transformers of any make and capacity 5 MVA including supply and filling of new silica gel in breathers complete all as directed.

Supply and topping up transformer oil conforming to IS: 335(1993), dielectric strength not less than 45 KV for 60 Sec at 2 mm gap in various capacities distribution transformers installed at various indoor and outdoor sub stations complete all as directed. Make: Power oil/SERVO/Castrol/Shell.

Dehydration of transformer oil of various capacities distribution transformers installed at various indoor and outdoor substations with ultra high vacuum filtration machine to obtain the dielectric strength of 45 KV for 60 Sec at 2 mm gap complete all as directed.

Supply & fix in repair silica gel in packet use for breather assembly of transformer complete all as directed.

M&L for carrying out following testing/checking, calibration of power transformer 33/11KV for 2 times during period of contract :- (a) IR value of winding. (b) Checking for the operation of alarm/triping function bucholtz relay, PRV, oil & winding temperature contacts/relays, overload and earth fault relay and calibrate the same. (c) Earth Resistance checking Note: (a) Proper record of testing, checking shall be maintained duly signed by contractor & Engr-in-charge. (b) Each test shall be carried out twice in the contract period and cost for complete tests shall be considered as one job for particular transformer. (c)T&P required for testing shall be arrangd by the contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be admissible . (d) Test report of each test shall be submitted by the contractor on completion of test. (e) Test shall be carried out at site only and nothing extra shall be paid toward transportation charges & T&P required for testing.

Servicing , calibration , trouble shooting , repairing , adjustment & cleaning of fixed and moving contacts, checking of vacuum of interrupter, IR value etc. of the 33KV HT VCB outdoor type by qualified technical personnel to make functional in all aspect and complete the Job as directed. Note: (i) Cost of release ,closing coil is excluded in the unit rate of this item , however same shall be paid under relevent item as supply only . (ii) Unit rates of this items includes the labour charge and T&P required for completion of the job and cost of this item also include element of taking out of defective parts. (iii) Other material required for completing job except release & closing coil shall be arrange by the contractor at his own cost & nothing extra is admissible on this account . (iv) Contractor shall provide the calibration certificate on completion of this particular job.(v) Work against calibration shall be carried out at site & necessary arrangement shall be provided by the contractor at own cost (vi) T&P required for this job shall also be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account .

Supply only Release and Trip coil 30V DC suitable for 33KV HT VCB outdoor complete all as directed. Make :- ABB/Schenider/Crompton

Trimming of tree branches over to O/H conductor of 33 KV/11 KV line,Transformer in 33 yard and removing the same at a distance upto 50 mtrs with the 4 Nos unskilled labour per day with required tools and safety equipments complete all as directed. Note. (a) Proper shutdown shall be taken before trimming of tree branches. (b) The rate of T&P used in trimming of Tree branches included in quoted rate. (c) Over head line distance from daputa to the AF station upto 33 yard is 8.5 Km and inside the station.
