Providing, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of "Silent Type" Radiator Cooled, Diesel Generating set along with prime mover having power rating of 320 KVA, at 0.8 lagging power factor,415 volts, 1500 RPM, 3 phase system for 0.85 load factor and consisting of the following i/c obtaining necessary CEA approval etc. as req. : (a) Diesel Engine: 4 stroke, electronic governor, power command controller, radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (The power command controller has paralleling control functions like digital frequency, synchronization and voltage matching, synchronous KW and KVAR load sharing controls, Drop KW & KVAR Control, Syncronous Check, extended paralleling, Digital Power Transfer Control, Load Governor Control, Load Demand Control). The DG set shall comply CPCB-II norms. (b) Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with digital display for following : (i) Start- stop switch with Key. (ii) Water Temprature Indication (iii) Lubrication Oil Pressure Indication (iv) Lubrication Oil Temprature Indication (v) Battery Charging Indication (vi) RPM Indication (vii) Over Speed Indication (viii) Low Lub Oil Trip Indication (ix) Engine Running Hours Indication (c) Alternator :Synchronous alternator rated at 320 KVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continues duty self-excited and self-regulated through AVR confirming to IS : 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation. (d) Base frame & Foundation : Both engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. (e) Fuel Tank : Daily service fuel tank of 990 liters capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications. (f) Exhaust System: Dry Exhaust manifold with residential exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor including supplying & fixing Stainless Steel Expansion Joints, Corrugated bellows suitable for 320 KVA DG Sets to fit in exhaust pipe. (g) Starting System: 12V / 24V DC starting system (or as per manufacturer / OEM standards) comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries (25 plates, 180 Amp Hour capacity lead acid type) with MS battery stand, external battery charging panel etc. as required as per OEM standards. (h) Acoustic Enclosure : Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. (i) Approvals : Prepration of necessary drawing, Co-ordination and approval from Central Electrical Authority (CEA) / Pollution control board standards as per requirement. (j) Exhaust gas piping (suitable for 320 KVA D.G. Set) of required size/nominal dia welded black MS pipe (6 mm thick) conforming to IS:3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with loosely bound resin (LBR) mattress / mineral wool/ Rockwool of 50 mm thick, wiremesh & 0.6 mm thick aluminum cladding for the complete portion etc. as required as per specifications. (k) MS support structure including suitable civil foundation for exhaust gas pipes of DG Sets along horizontal and vertical runs and monkey ladder upto the height (as per CPCB norms) including cutting, welding etc and applying two coats of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enameled paint of colour and shade as directed by AAI. The design of the support structure shall be done by the contractor and shall be as per CPCB norms. Design shall be got approved from the AAI before execution as required.

Dismantling of existing 250 KVA DG sets complete with AMF panels, external fuel tanks, exhaust piping, fuel pipe line & other accessories including all necessary tools and tackles which are required for lifting and lowering of DG sets i/c shifting of all dismantled materials at location/store as per the instructions of EIC etc. as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated, armoured 1.1 KV grade aluminium conductior cable as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1998 with up to date amendments & of size 3.5 core x 300 sq.mm. all as reqd.& as specificed.

Supply of XLPE insulated, armoured 1.1 KV grade copper control cable as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1998 with up to date amendments & of size 10 core x 2.5 sq.mm. all as reqd.& as specificed.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power/control cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required.450 mm width X 50 mm depth X 2.0 mm thickness

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

Supply of trolley mounted 25 KVA DG Set comprising of 42 BHP, 1500 RPM, air-cooled diesel engine fitted with 25 KVA capacity, A/C, three phase, 415 Volts, 50 C/s, 1500 RPM alternator along with suitable control panel, fuel tank, base, frame, battery (maitenance free), with leads and canopy with battery charger and with additional 63 A, 4 pole MCCB with overload & short circuit protection all as reqd. & as specified.

Supply of 5 KVA, 1500 RPM Air Cooled deisel engine directly coupled to a self excited, self regulated alternator having output of 5 KVA, 1 Phase, 0.8 PF, suitable BHP, 50 Hz, relevant IS specification including 50 Ltr capacity fuel tank with incorporated vibration dampers having provision for battery start, DG set control panel and maintenane free battery for engine start should be housed in suitable designed acostic cover meeting CPCB norms for noise as well as exhaust emission specification. DG set should be placed on trolley base on with pneumatic tyres having 9 mtr (Tower 7 mtr + 1 mtr trolley + 1 mtr cradle) self supporting telescopic tilting tower suitable for wind speed of 180 KM/hr., control panel for manually as well as motorised operated winches combining with 4 nos. 150 W LED fittings (Long range type) or equivalent light fixtures having more lumen output with lesser power consumption, control gear / drive connected with water tight copper conductor cables with plug, conduits etc. including testing & commissioning complete as required.

Providing and fixing of advance technology earth electrode earthing system fabricated from hot deep galvanized pipes ( pipe in pipe technology) & cavity between pipes pressure filled with highly conductive non-corrosive crystalline material complete with chemically modified homogeneous earth enhancing compound (back fill compound 25 Kg) to treat the soil for lowering the effective ground impedance for each earth pit to make it maintenance free and to minimize the ground voltage potential rise i/c excavation of earth pit suitable to accommodate earth electrode, prefabricated CC enclose with MS cover plate having locking arrangement all as reqd. & conforming to (IS:3043 : 1987) duly CPRI/ERDA approved all as required & as specified for Size : - Outer pipe dia = 80mm, Inner pipe dia = 40mm & Length of electrode = 2 Mtr

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)
