EARTHWORK OF CUTT/FILL

Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting/ filling):- Earth work in Hill Road (Hill side cutting): Excavation in hilly area for Construction of road in all types of Soils, Rocks and E&B ect. As met at site, true to lines as per Pland, L-Section, Cross Slope, Super Elevation as required, also including uprooting & cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all Lifts & Leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in Drawings by mechanical means/manual means without otherwise damaging the Forest, Forest Land, Utilities, Private and Public Properties, including Slip clearance till the completion of the work. including Disposal of exvacated material obtained from hill side cutting including loading and disposal up to 1000 M lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per MORD specifications Clause 302.3.11

PROTECTION WORK

Excavation for Structures:- Excavation in foundation for cross drainage structures, Retaining walls, brest walls, breast walls and other similar structure in all types of soils and rocks as met at site with all leads, lift and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer - in - Charge also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Construction of R. R . stone masonary in cement mortar 1:5 including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royaltyetc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clause 700 &1604.

Random rubble stone masonry for structures laid dry by locally available approved stone ncluding supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per Drawing and MORD specification for , retaining walls, brest walls & other smimilar structures etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

HP stone filling in back of walls including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc plus PVC coated), of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm,mesh wire diameter 2.7mm/3.7mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.4/4.4 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2/3.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions)

Providing and fixing of. Edge Stones 12cm x 12cm x 60cm size precast in M15 cement concrete with 4 nos. 8 mm dia HYSD vertical bars and 3 nos 6mm dia MS bar stirrups as per approved drawing including two coat white washing on valley side of formation.

DRAINAGE WORK - SIDE DRAIN

Construction of unlined surface drains (trapezoidal) of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307.

Construction of Hill side Pucca KC Drain in accordance with the requirement of specification true to line and drades dimensions and other particulars as per Drawing including all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge.

Tack Coat- Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Concrete with Warm Mix Technology (Using Waste Plastic Material) Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and warm mix additive @ 0.4% by weight of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. for Grading-II (bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix)

Road Delineators / Vertical Guide Posts: Providing and fixing of Standard Metal Delineator consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 sqcm, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specification with pure polyester powder coating with the minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron. The posts shall have ellipsoidal orcircular design with the height of the pole shall be 800 to 900 mm above the ground with about 200 to 300 anchored with PCC M-15 onto the ground. The front and back faces of the delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve) lying between 20o and 30 o, to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. The delineator shall have sufficient arrangement to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof. Including all test report and warranties as per IRC 67 and IRC 79.
