M & L earthing complete with Gl electrode 600x600x6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to Gl earth strip 32 mm X6 mm as earthing leaad by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass connected including gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screwed all as specified including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm dia Gl tubing light grade and necessary fitting for protection of Gl strip including laying of charcoal, dust and common salt PCC (1:3:6) type C-l( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame & 40mm thick pre cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both way with mild steel handle 12 mm dia round bars ,10mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:4) internally and upto 150 mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with wire mesh 20mm dia Gl pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part -1( 2009) and connected in earth test including testing and taking down existing old unserveciable earthing complete all specified and directed. Note: Earth strip and its protection pipe up to and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 185 Sq mm 3.5 core including taking down old unserveciable existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 120 Sq mm 3.5 core including taking down old unserveciable existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type - 1 , flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying & jointing GI tubing light grade 100 mm dia with all necessary fittings for cable protection in walls, ceilings, floors, road etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for water proof un armoured multistranded copper cable 50 Sq mm, three core, 440 volt including taking down old unserveciable existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for water proof un armoured multistranded copper cable 70 Sq mm, three core, 440 volt including taking down old unserveciable existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for Aluminium thimbles of size 120 Sq mm to 185 Sqmm of 3.5 core XLPE cables to make suitable necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for Copper thimbles of size 35 Sq mm to 70 Sqmm of three core unarmoured Copper cables to make suitable necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 150 mm inner diameter PN class SN8 HDPE flexible pipe for cable protection including taking down old unserveciable existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.
